Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Airport

Staff was very professional and freindly, hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had all the items we needed. All in all, a very good stay, and made the trip enjoyable.

Was close to the airport and where I wanted to go.

Great hotel. My boyfriend and I booked it for the Beale Street Musi Festival it was easy to find and the staff was enjoyable. Gated parking was provided. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable as with any Mariott I've ever stayed at. Great trip! I'd definately book again.

the staff starting with check-in, were very accomodating, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff above and beyond! location of the Hotel was very easy to get to and from....the rooms were attractive..LOVED THE SHAMPOO and the shower water pressure was perfect.....a nice stay

airline troubles. had to stay overnight. Close, clean, very friendly and accomodating staff. Nice breakfast buffet ($10/person). Airport shuttle clean and on time.

The place was very pleasant, clean, quiet and comfy. I really liked the business/computer cafe with internet access...if you're a casual traveler that doesn't bring a laptop with you everywhere, you will still be able to check on email/flight arrangements/social networking sites/etc. The coffee bar was more than sufficient. I was MOST IMPRESSED by how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was. Great room, Great TV, loved the gated parking area...over all, in my book A++ accommodations in the business/leisure mid-priced hotel market. You can pay exorbitant rates for luxury at other hotels like the Peabody or the Waldorf Astoria, but for an elegant room at a reasonable price...it doesn't get much better. I'm not a fitness freak but if I were, I might like more. I did not visit the pool so I cannot rate that.

First we booked 2 rooms, I have 3 small children. After we prepaid for 4 days , we arrived to find out that the rooms were NOT adjoining!!! Since we coudn't leave 3 small kids in a room alone & we didn't want to split up, we turned one key in. The clerk was so outlandishly RUDE ,REFUSED to return our money or even CHECK on it!!! And needless to say, she was that rude everytime we needed her help!!! I will never stay with Marriott again & I will certainly not recommend it!!! It turned out to be a lousy trip!! The only fun we had was when we were AWAY from the hotel!!

Came to Memphis to see the sights including Beale Street .Usually we stay at the Embassy Suites but it was booked so we decided to give Courtyard Marriott a chance and was pleasantly surprised ! The room was a little small but it was extremely clean and all the sites we wanted to see were very close by ( within 10-15 minute drive) Every evening when we got back to the hotel the staff had made our beds, put out fresh towels,emptied the garbage. It was nice coming back to a clean room .They also were great at giving directions to any location needed! My only suggestion would be for the hotel to have a shuttle that ran to places such as Beale street or other sights .

The room was comfortable, which is what gave it the second star. Some staff were not helpful. When I asked for shampoo, I was told there was none -- no offers to check empty rooms and no apology. Morning breakfast buffet was supposed to be until 10:00 but was closed down at 9:15 and the "hostess" of the buffet barked orders as if we were intruding on her time. There are NO nearby restaurants if you just want a salad or sandwich, especially after dark. We ate breakfast elsewhere. On the good side, is convenient to Graceland area, Beale St. area and other attractions.

The hotel offered exactly what I needed for my short stay. The staff was pleasant and accomodating, which added to a comfortable experience.
