Never again!! EVER!!
This place was disgusting and awful!! No one cared about anything. Very Dirty and would of like to have left if we could of gotten a refund. I will be contacting someone important about this place and it doesn't deserve a one star but they made me put it in.

Wonderful hotel with Great Prices
We had great time. Hotel staff were very nice. we enjoyed full hot Breakfast. great price for the hotel. I will be back. Thanks for everything.

This was the best place to stay. We were traveling down to Alabama and back and needed to be near the Airport. This location was perfect and the Suite was super. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and we loved this one.

better than expected
checked in and our rooms were huge...nice lounge area with tv and pull out couch with fridge and microwave..we could have easily made due with 2 rooms instead of 3 for our group of 6..pool and hot tub were great but workout room treadmills were falling apart..would stay there again for sure

Keep Looking
We 1st room they gave us was the wrong set up, we had no hot water to take a shower, the pool was dirty and freezing, the hot tub was broken, we tried to use the laundry facilities and after 5 tries in thr dryer my husband insited they put our clothes in their comercial dryer. This was the worst and most unfriendly experience we have ever had with a hotel. I will never stay at one of their facilities again.

My review of Comfort Suites Memphis Airport
t.v. had a dark picture maintenance man took the t.v. from his room and put it in ours. Could not adjust the temp on the air conditioner the lamp next to the bed didn't work broken switch. Had to wait for elevator so we took the stairs the carpet on the stairway was flithy and smelled. Bad choice on my part.

Nice Hotel Suite Room
The room was nice but the location was not very nice. There were no real sit down restrutants in the area, only fast food. Area was kind of run down. We asked the staff for suggestions, but they really didn't offer anything except barb-b-que small joints. We didn't get to use the pool area because there was a school group there that took up the entire pool. The breakfast area was too conjested and the school group was over powering the entire area. It would have been more appropriate to have the school group served breakfast in one of the meeting rooms, so that they other guests could actually get served. The staff was pleasant.

We eat at a Pizza Hut that was alittle run down. No real nice places to eat. No shopping but Aldi's and convienent stores.
