The rooms were clean, the rest of the hotel should of been better. The breakfast was not good not enough food for the people and no where to sit.

decent stay/good value
Great, convenient location right off the highway near plenty of restaurants and the mall, in a nice area. Quiet, comfortable room. Only complaint would be the dim lighting due to the fluorescent light bulbs and the loud wall unit for air conditioning/heat.

Awesome Getaway!
We wanted the perfect couple's getaway and the hotel served our purpose. We decided to extend our stay and were given some wrong information by staff which caused some confusion that was ultimately worked out. All in all, the private room whirlpool, cleanliness of room and hotel and overall staff treatment will bring us back again and again. It was the best trip we can recall by far.

easy to get to..
This hotel is extremely easy to get to and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is really nice, and from that, you expect the rooms to be great too. The rooms are very ordinary, and by that I mean OLD. You can tell that they tried to remodel the rooms, but it wasn't done well. From the airconditioner unit in the wall, to the the lumpy mattress, it was not worth the money. And if you are allergic to down materials, this is not the place for you. And when asked for different bedding, they weren't able to accomodate me.

Very Low Speed Internet..
Very low speed internet, speed is 10 Mbps, i could not do anything with that speed, so i immediately vacated the hotel, for that speed also, i have to call customer service for connecting to wireless, still they could not help me, i spent 2 hours in connecting to wireless, very bad as far as internet service is concerned, other than that everything is excellent there, if u dont need interent, then this is the best place to stay in memphis

Positive Experience
Booked this hotel because of location to friend's home. was there five nights-nothing fancy but the room was clean, the microwave and refridg. worked and other than the traffic on I-40 it was quiet and restful. did not spend time there except to sleep but would stay again.

Traveling Fam
Good room and service
We visited Memphis and surrounding areas. The hotels was on the east side in a very nice shopping district. There was plenty to keep us busy and lots of restaurants. The only thing we missed was a pool, but everything else was great. We had a large suit which gave us privacy with the kids in the other room. We would stay again if ever in the area.
