Smelly Bathrooms-- yuck.
The staff was friendly and check in and check out were very fast, however my bathroom smelled terrible and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The carpet was sticky in the room, so I kept my shoes on......The room was available on a holiday weekend (July 4th) and close to I-40 and not very expensive but next time I'll stay elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Lebanon Tn. Ramada Inn Hotel Stay
Very Friendly Hotel clerk, she was very nice and explained all features of the hotel! Room was very clean, great location, just north of the Interstate, yet quiet. Free Breakfast was very good, ( sausage, waffles, cereals, bagels, toast, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, etc.) Overall, Great Value for the price!!!! Will Definitely stay here again on our next visit to this area.

On the internet the Ramada price was almost 1/2 the cost of discount competitors on same road. Dogs welcomed, FREE plus price won me over! Easy to confirm during comparisons made online. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast. WARNING: Once in Lebanon, many discount hotels on main road who advertised $69-$89 per night on the internet...had huge electronic signs discounting their fees to $29 and $39.

ramada lebanon july 2010
I went to Tennessee with my freind and his girlfriend. When we arrived at the hotel we went to our room, only to find that it had one bed and no pull out couch. The description online was for a 1 bed with 1 pull out couch. They gave us a room with 2 beds which was fine. Through out our visit the towels were only changed one time and i had to take the trash out myself, the beds were also never done. We had to call 3 times to complain. Aside from all that happened the hotel was fine, just alot of lack of service.

Great hotel
The location was great, customer service was great, breakfast was great. However, room was next to noisy ice machine. We were happy it was pet friendly, with no pet fee.

big mix up and not helpful
The hotel was ok I guess. Room was nice. However, [...] I was stuck with a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi! Now, this in most cases would be a nice mistake but this time half of my party had to sleep on the floor. When I asked if there was anything we could do, she said "no. we are booked. you can try one of the other hotels down the street." so i am not sure if the hotel made the mistake or if it was [...]... but it was not a good time.
