o.k. but not the greatest
Was put in a smoking room when I had ask for non-smoking.A/C unit shut off with a loud noise all night.Telephone did not work.Price was no different than anyones else that booked through hotel itself.

Family Traveler
Great Room for the money
This hotel has polite and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stopped there a year ago on the way home from Texas and we stopped there again this year when we went back because we knew they had affortable prices and clean rooms. Each room has a small frig and micro wave, very convienient.

Short drive from hotel
There are many dinning establishments with in a short drive as the hotel is on a busy street and walking coulb be a safety concern.

Great location for the UT football game. Good value for the $. Beautiful view of one of God's many beautiful creation..........the Smokies
