Americas Best Value Inn

This motel rented rooms by the week and we couldnt enjoy the pool or outdoors much at all due to drinking and loud neighbors hanging over balconies smoking. We woke both mornings to stacks of beer boxes and leftover takeout food on the sidewalks. Taking a grandchild to a pool full of drinkers was not an option for us. the tables outside were also occupied by people drinking and smoking and being rude.

Of course it's not the nicest hotel, but it's a great value for a last-minute, budgeted getaway. It was literally down the street from a nice outlet mall which was very enjoyable!

We have now stayed here 3 times, and will keep returning. This is a great value for the price of $39/night. Beats the other local motels hands down in cleanliness, convenience, and comfort - even those charging 3 times the price!

I was very satisfied with the staff. They were extremely courteous and most of all, the price was right!

The staff was not kind at all, the floor was dirty (walking barefoot your feet would be dirty from the carpet) so we could not put our 1 yr old down on the floor. Not worth the money. The Econo Lodge across the street is a better value (better breakfast, friendlier staff, cheaper cost), but their floor was even dirtier.

I walked into the room and flipped the light switch next to door. Nothing happened; no light came on. I tried to turn on the TV, but it would not come (no signal). I tried to turn on the light (lamp) next to the bed and the switch was broken; the light never came on. I asked for a another room and got one. The lamp light next to the bed in the second room flickered between on and off. When I took a shower the next morning, the shampoo was in a tightly sealed package that was virtually impossible to open with wet hands (or dry hands); therefore, I got out of the shower and found some fingernail clippers that I used to cut openings in the package.

The hotel was great for the price, free breakfast was good, hotel staff was very friendly, pool was nice and clean. Only problem was the beds need to be upgraded, a little on the lumpy side. Overall we would stay again.

It was good. Everything was clean. The workout room only had cardio equipment. Breakfast was pretty standard; muffins, cereal, waffles, and juice.

Prompt desk service, good amenities, perfect location for race weekend activities.

My bed had a sway in the center as if the mattress had never been flipped. I could feel the springs in the mattress while I was laying there. They need to change the slip guard pad in the shower because it looked dirty and it was peeling up. They advertised to [...] that the rate was $41 a night but then they have a sign showing out front that the rooms were $39.99 a night. The only positive thing was thata it had a microwave and fridge in it. I would only go there again if there was no other hotel rooms availible at other places.
