Thanksgiving Weekend
Our family enjoyed a day at Dollywood and then a comfortable night's stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kodak. I only wished the bed had been a little less on the soft side and that there had been an assortment of pillows (flat or fluffy). Otherwise it was perfect for our family of four. The crib provided was a plus!

Great Biltmore Vacation
This hotel was a good choice to visit the Biltmore Estate. It was close to the location but not too close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The provided us with maps and useful information regarding our trip. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean.

Fantastic Vacation
This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We weren't sure where to eat and the staff provided us with some good suggestions. They even provided us with coupons on our purchase. The room was really clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel for a great and restful vacation.

Family fun gal
Fantastic getaway
My husband and I took our 4 year old daughter to the Knoxville Zoo, Ripleys Aquarium, and Deer Farm petting zoo. We also went horseback riding at the Deer Farm which was the highlinght of our trip. We chose to stay at Holliday Inn express b/c it was close enough to all the place we wanted to go to without being in the middle of all the traffic and noise. Our stay was wonderful, staff was very polite, rooms and pool were clean and the free breakfast was very satisfying. We will definately stay again!!!

Great stay
Booked two rooms for three-nights. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We took advantage of the free breakfast each morning, which saved us time before heading out. Kodak is a bit further away than we expected, but the hotel was great and staff was friendly.

We enjoyed Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, The Hatfields & McCoys, and most of all, The Miracle. We saw two shows for the price of one, so check for specials.

Great Night Sleep
The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He told us if we showed our room key at a nearby restaurant we would get a discount and we did. The room was very clean, it looked exactly like the pictures I found on [...]. The mattress was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. I was afraid that we would hear the interstate traffic and other guests but to my surprise, it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our one night stay and will be back again.

Clean and Comfortable
I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in years. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. You could even "smell" the cleanliness. It was nice there were dining choices within walking distance as the weather was great that day.
