Decent Place to stay
Staff was super nice and the room was decent. The location left much to be desired though. Getting out and going towards Sevierville was no problem, but coming back to the hotel you need to make a u-turn... and with the fall traffic this was no easy task. Also had to make a u-turn when heading towards I-40 to head back home. I think next time we'll stay in Gatlinburg and avoid all the traffic that flows into Pigeon Forge.

Super Dad/Husband
Good solid hotel!
Check-in was a breeze. Hotel room was quite nice with nice clean amenities. The tub showed a little wear and tear from the no slip rug that was there other than that it was an incredible stay. Would stay here again!

This hotel is not really close to restaurants so that's why it may seem a little affordable. I didn't see this is a big worry as you could easily hop in the car and drive somewhere or in our case, we packed a cooler.

All around Great
Great place for a great price. Friendly staff. I wish it would have been a little closer to Pigeon fordge and Gatlinburg(about 15 to 20 min away). I would stay again.

Very Satisfied Customer
The hotel accomadations were great,the location was very good for my application. The person responsible for the continental breakfast,was avery good personand it was very clean. The coffee was GREAT. I would recommend it all my friends.

Not family friendly
first the bed was so uncomfortable and the made did as little in the room as she had to. the spa was in with the pool and if i want to relax in the spa i don't want to be splash with water from the pool. The lady that was suppose to help with the breakfast was very rude a couple people cut the air down she went right behind them and turn it right back up cause she was hot. God forbid you take care of your customers. then she was off talking to other employees instead of doing her job keeping thing field up a few times we just went out to eat in the morning cause it wasn't worth it to us. But that is one of the thing we look for we get a hotel so we don't have to rush out to get breakfast and this is one i would not recommend to any one sorry i think they suck.

Pigeon forge there is a restaurant call the old mill you must try it out it is great the price is not much different from all the rest around there you will be glad you went we went for dinner.
