Super 8 Knoxville Downtown Area

Was in town for a wedding in downtown knoxville. We decided to stay here since it was really cheap. The room was clean and the staff were great. Only took us about 5 min. to get downtown and the hotel is right beside the interstate. Many fast food stops as well as dine in restaurants. Would stay again.

It was a very nice room and there was nice poeple in the front end and they were very helpful. I like the fact the rooms were inside the buliding and you did not have to go out side for any thing I felt very safe there.

The staff really went out of their way to help us with anything that we needed. The staff for us the one that we really delt with. She is a true asset to the hotel. She made our trip wonderful it became more than we had expected, the only way I can explain the treatment is like family. She helped us to find accomidations to and from where needed to get to so that we wouldn't have to drive. The room wasn't bad it was clean, and the HOT water never ran out like some places that I have stayed. We didn't go to stay in the room, all we needed it for was sleep. I wish that it had a pool but when ask about a place to swim we were directed to where to go. We took our 9 and 11 year old and they were treated very nicely by the staff. What the hotel lacked they made up for in cleanliness and hospitality!!!

The motel was easy access to downtown, dining options, and easy to find from the interstate.

The Super 8 motel was very pleasing for the for the money. The staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and comfortable.

I travel to this city once a month. The staff was amazing. To my surprise, a Football game was scheduled during my one night stay. So the hotel was packed. Planned on a one night stay, my plans changed (not related to the game) and the hotel made sure I would have a room at the same rate for the next night. Even though due to the game the rate should have increased by $20. The room was clean, regardless if it was smoking or non smoking I found cigarette burns in random places. No shampoo, two soap bars, three of each towel type. I did enjoy the pillows. The other guests actually stayed quite or you couldn't here them. If they are in the hall you could otherwise it wasn't an issue. I highly recomend this place. It is not the cheapest hotel in the city, but if you go much cheaper you will pay for what you get. I wished it had a coffee maker, however we had a mini fridge in each room. If that counts for anything.

The hotel was not the biggest or best, but for a spontaneous trip with a couple of the guys it was perfect. The smoke smell made a perfect atmosphere for a little bit of rest and relaxation for smokers. We did not delve into the non smoking side so I cannot review that for you non smokers. Like I said before no complaints.

Good for one night. Not the ritz but good for purpose! Great location!!
