Not much to say, so I'll be brief: slow Internet, room was not cleaned properly once while I was there - the sheets only changed once; no business center like website said, so no printer to use for online check-in for flights - Totally underwhelming - Would not recommend or stay there again - too, too many other options just on the same road

Pathetic Hotel
WIFI WOULD NOT WORK. EVEN STAFF DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SET THE ALARM CLOCK TIME. FRIGE WAS LUKE WARM AND USELESS. NOISY ROOM. TOWELS ARE A JOKE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT THE MICROTEL ACROSS THE STREET AND SAVE 25% IN A NICER ROOM AND HAVE A BREAKFAST TOO

Go Lady Vols!
Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it was a fair price. Just wish it included continental breakfast. Would stay there again. Convenient to Interstate and downtown areas.

Basic room
I just stayed overnight because of a really early Dr appt the next morning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough, the bathroom could have used a good sweeping. The only issue I had was apparently Knoxville recently had bad storm damage and a roofing company was using the hotel for their workers and there were A LOT of men just hanging around the outside of the rooms. It was just my mom and I(two women) and it really made me uncomfortable to have to walk through all those men to get back and forth to my room.

Very clean and quiet and inexpensive.
We were impressed at how clean and quiet and restful the hotel was. Everyone was very friendly. The only items not available was a breakfast bar. They had a coffee set up of different kinds...but no food. Still, I will return when heading through the Knowville area
