Where to start, first when i got to the hotel you could not figure out where the hotel office was to check in. It had no signs or anything. Second, the beds were horrible, the mattresses were wore out, then getting in the shower was horrible, I about fell getting out of the shower due to it was about 2 feet tall on the side. The tv never had a clear picture either. Then in the morning i was woken up to a load sound, which sounded like a piped with pressure about to explode in the wall. I got up and then found water coming down from the ceiling over the counter were the sink is like a water fall. I would not recommend this hotel unless it was to recommend to remodel it or close it down.

You Get What You Pay For
I had to come to Knoxville on business and I needed an inexpensive place to stay. The room was under $35.00 per night and it was close to the interstate, shopping areas, restaurants, and gas stations. However, you do get what you pay for. The hotel is rundown and needs remodelling. The carpets needed to be replaced. The shower/bathtub was disgusting and never was cleaned during my two-night stay. There was mold growing on the walls and ceiling near the bathtub. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and my bedding was covered with cigarette burns. I had to purchase a plunger at a Walmart (2 miles away on the Clinton Hwy) because the night clerk wouldn't take care of the plumbing problem. Another guest had borrowed the plunger and didn't return it.

Still hacking up the mold from my lungs
The absolute worst place we've stayed!
The first room (so called nonsmoking) room that we were given wreaked of smoke. When I took my shoes off I was standing in SOAKED carpeting from the front door to about 6 feet into the room. The computer desk was barely standing (broken) and the t.v. was snowy. When we turned the light on in the bathroom; it became evident that fluids of all kinds were sprayed along the walls and baseboards. The tub was black with mold. So; we asked for a 2nd room (in order to avoid been subject to electrical shock in the first room) from the computer cord running through the soaked carpet. This is where it got MUCH WORSE!!! Not only did the second room have all of the very same, disgusting features of the first one, but; when my husband went to open up his side of the bed (along the wall shared with the shower/tub) he not only stepped into extremely wet carpeting, but he jumped back screaming Oh my god!" I said "What now?" That is when he turned on the light to illuminate an approximately 4-5 foot section of the wall and carpeting (going under the bed) that WAS COVERED IN THICK, FUZZY, MOLD! The tub, obviously, had been leaking for a very long time. This with the stale air/humidity in the room was fostering this, unbelievable finding. Oh, did I mention the cigarette stains on the mattress and the multitude of colorful sprays of fluid covering everything from the floors, bedding, tub, etc.., to the ceiling? I don't care if the rooms are free. Don't stay there, period!

Opened our door to find that the room wasn't prepared. Got another room and the place just looked really run-down. Was able to cancel our reservation.

Get what you pay for
Well, you get what you pay for. It was cheap (price-wise), and we got a cheap hotel room. It met our needs - bed, shower, and toilet.... but really nothing else. Do wish they'd at least get a functional coffee maker in the lobby as advertised. But, other than that, it met our needs for a single night's stay passing through Knoxville. Also, we found it very interesting to have a non-smoking room that had an ash tray in it and a strong smell of smoke. Guess it was just non-smoking the night we stayed in it...

Get what you pay for...
If you want a place to sleep for cheap and have dogs, this will do. They are remodeling so maybe they just haven't gotten to the rooms I stayed in. The 1st room had no shower head and smelled [...]. The 2nd room had gaps above and below the door...and we were right on I-75. Also, they were so far behind with cleaning that we could not check-in until 2 hours after we were suposed to.

This place is a dump!
The hotel offers no ammenities whatsoever. The place had kids screaming and running all over the place - drove my dog nuts! Left a daybreak the next morning just to get away from it.
