A Great Stay

This hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night, but the staff let us check in early when we arrived, and it was a great one night stay. The hotel staff was completely accommodating from start to finish. Thanks for always treating guests so special, Hilton!

This was a nice hotel. I do think that there could be some easy upgrades to the hotel that would have made it worth more closer to what we paid for the room. As what we paid for the room was a good amount. The best thing for this hotel was the location. I liked the staff they were very friendly.

Good stay

I met up with family, and we stayed at the Hilton Knoxville for a weekend. We were able to walk to market square and some of the other shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. The facilities were nice and clean, including the pool, and housekeeping left a bag of clean towels and toiletries by the door when we left the "Do not disturb" sign on the doorknob. All in all a good stay, no hiccups.

Pete's Coffee Shop is a great place to have breakfast/lunch! (Closed on Sundays, though) It's just one block away.

fairly satisfied

Very Convenient to Downtown attractions. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Room was small and not as updated as I thought it might be, but it was nice enough, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

good hotel

Overall the stay was very good. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I was a little dissappointed in the slow valet. It took about 30 minutes to get our car after checking out.
