family trip
room was clean and in good shape. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only wish we had a frig in the room. since we go to Knoxville several times a year will return here.

Long Road to New York
A little Disappointed
We were told up until the day we visited the hotel that the pool was open. When we got there it was not. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Good Get Away
I had a great stay there. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but the room was nice. I noticed 3 make-up stains in the bathroom but beyond that the place was neatly kept. I will recommend it to others becaus Fairfields are normally pretty nice places to stay.

A great get away
me and my boyfriend stay at the fairfeild inn and suite it was great. this place is nice. and quite great for clearin your head and relaxin and havein a nice time. the clarks was nice and friendy. and it was a fast check and out i would reguest the fairfield inn& suites to anyone it's a really nice place in a great location. (and a really nice cool inside pool looking outside a great plus)

Nice stay
Rooms were nice. Hotel has been recently remodled in the last year or so. It was a very nice hotel. It was a little more outside of Downtown Knoxville than what I had liked. Overall... In wouldn for sure stay again.
