Never staying here again.
Not only was the room uncleaned and foul, but the second we checked in, we were greeted by the rudest hotel employee I've ever seen or talked to. We hardly spent any time at the hotel because it was such a horrible stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact, I will tell anyone staying in Knoxville to stay away from this place.

Horrible Hotel
The photos that were advertised online was from when the hotel was built. The rooms had very old furniture with odor. The majority was being renovated. Not a pleasant atmophere, trashy.....

it was a place to sleep that is all nothing good about it or with [...] either My paper from the hotel showed it was only $55.Total Charge to My card you Charged me $14.More then the Room and it is not Taxes Either???????? Your Charge is $69. I will never use you again Rip Off

Average room. Great price
I stayed here to attend a Tennessee Volunteers football game. It is a great location for anyone needing to attend a UT event. I didn't take advantage of it, but they had a shuttle service from the motel to the game. I would consider the room to be average, based on my experience at other motels. The rooms were clean and the price was excellent. It was quiet and right off of the interstate. On the downside, the motel could stand to be renovated and updated. Upgrading the bathroom, new mattresses, and new bedframes would make this a very nice motel. However, if someone is only planning on needing a place to sleep for the night, I would definately recommend this as a place to stay.

Filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in
Room was filthy. Smelled like urine. Pool was tiny and overcrowded. Very noisy. Spa, fitness room, and hot tub were out of order. High speed internet would not work. Awful smell in the room, and dirt, and cigarette ashed (in a non-smoking room) all over the floor, behind end tables and under bed.

UGLY
I have stayed at this location for several years .Location is great for car show.. But the room was nasty, we had to ask that the room be cleaned. Bedding was not clean , towles not changed out. Will find a new location for next year.

Long drive, short stay!
Outside of Knoxville, convenient to zoo, quiet, even with Alabama visiting the Vols! Clean room, including bath. Toilet ran, but so does mine at home, so it actually helped me sleep! Perfect for function and price.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
THE ROOM WAS PRETTY CLEAN BUT IT HAD A MUSTY SMELL. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE, WE WENT DOWN AT 9:30 AM AND THEY HAD ALREADY PUT EVERYTHING AWAY. I WAS AWAKEN AT 1:00 AM BY KIDS PLAYING AND YELLING OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM. THE RATE WAS CHEAP SO I GUESS WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ZOO THOUGH.
