West Knoxville hotel with two-room suites, free breakfast and Internet
The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson is located in the Cedar Bluff business district, near restaurants, golf and the Turkey Creek shopping center. The nonsmoking hotel in West Knoxville welcomes guests into a living room-like lobby with wood floors, fireplace and couches. Rooms range from two queens to two-room suites. Great Hotel!
I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read online. It is in a great location; very close to the interstate. The entire staff is very pleasant, polite and accommodating. My room was very clean and quiet. My bed was actually very comfortable and the continental breakfast was decent. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Knoxville. Way to go Country Inn & Suites!

Terrific
Clean, large room, good exercise room, fine breakfast, responsive staff. Even a do-it yourself safe in the closet. Swimming pool a bit small.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel appeared to be pretty new and was immaculately clean. It was easy to find and access, service was extremely friendly, and the front desk staff went out of their way to fulfill any special requests or needs. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and included much more variety than most. The only negative I can think of, and it may have just been where my room was located, was that the noise of the air conditioners can get pretty loud. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

Excellent Stay

first visit to Knoxville
Enjoyable stay
I found this hotel to fit our needs. I would agree with the other hotel reviews. The hotel allowed us to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The breakfast was not great but was probably comparable to other hotels. It did allow us to eat something quickly and get out the door early in the morning.

Great Hotel in Knoxville TN
Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Great location near restaurants, amenities but far enough off of the interstate so it wasn't noisy.

Good Hotel
The room was comfortable, but the air conditioning was really noisy. I looked for hotels near the airport TYS and this hotel was in the list. I was disappointed when we had to drive 25 to 30 min to the hotel.
