Handicap Rooms
Nice place....great staff...you got to meet ALMA...she's great. If you need a handicap accessible room, however, this is not the place. The bathroom was good, but I couldn't get beside either side of the bed with my wheelchair. I had to get on the end of the bed and slide myself up to the head. Not ideal, but made do.

We had a great time, the room was clean and stocked with the essentials, coffee, soap, towels, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again.

Travelling grandmother
Good value for families
The hotel was a little shabby but very clean with pleasant and helpful staff. It is excellent for families because of the flexibility of the large suites. An excellent value which I would not hesitate to recommend to families with children. We were in Knoxville to attend a family wedding and when the staff noticed people with the same surname making reservations they were considerate enough to book us into adjacent suites.

Very nice hotel! The beds were so comfortable my son wanted to bring his home with him. Lots of friendly people except (ironically) they have a free trolley that takes you all over Knoxville and the only mean person was the lady who drove the trolley.She wouldn't say hello, let us off when we asked or answer any questions on how to reboard the trolley. The hotel was very nice but there was no place to lay outside the pool to get a tan,

Get a trolley map from the visitor center in town and ride the trolley for free. It takes you to all the cool areas and you don't have to worry about getting lost or being in an accident from rubbernecking!!!

Strong musty pool oder upon entering.
Felt that the hotel was a little hard to locate, as it is not on the main street, and no visable sign on the main street. Also upon checking in, asked for a receipt, and was told that my receipt was sent to me through Orbits, which I haven't gotten, and the would print one for me.

Went to a TENN VOLS game. Easy drive to the stadium/university. Lots of places to eat close by.

Great price & spacious.
The beds were comfortable, especially compared to the last couple of hotels I have stayed at. The room was modernized & spacious. The only thing I would change is the hide a bed sofa in our room could have been cleaned better or a sofa cover put on it. Had a great free breakfast. If you leave there hungry it's your own fault. I would definitely stay there again. Price was excellent.

Convenient location for the price
Clean and spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Very convenient access to and from interstate highway, yet located in a quiet and safe area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly pesonel at front desk and a great self serve breakfast bar in the morning. Hard pressed to find anything wrong with this hotel.
