We chose this hotel because it was well located for what we wanted to do while in Knoxville and was more affordable than a couple of its competitors in the area. The motel represents a good generic example of what one should expect for the price and location. The housekeeping staff was very good.

Enjoyed science and energy museum. Visiting shops while my husband was working. Disappointed there was no refrigerator in room and a better selection of tv channels. Staff was excellent- very helpful,kind and friendly. I felt welcomed.

Turkey Creek area great for shopping and dining. Calhouns restaurant was great. Cracker Barrel and West Wings are a short walk.

Really Great Hotel
This hotel had everything I wanted. It was easy to get to with free parking right up front. The room was clean and comfortable with black out shades and curtains. The room was nice and cool with warm covers. It was dark and quiet, easy to sleep with comfortable beds. It had coffee and iron and ironing board in the room. The free breakfast was very good as well. I would definately stay here again.

Great Folks in Knoxville at Baymont Inn-
The folks staffing this Baymont Inn are wonderful and friendly. The hotel was hopping on Saturday night with a huge contingent of UT fans, but very quiet on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to see that we were comfortable. We have stayed here before and will do so again!

Nice hotel - good price
I was here on business and the hotel suited me for this purpose. It did not have an indoor pool, which I would have wanted if this had been a leisure stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom was just a little on the 'dated' side, with a few broken tiles and older fixtures.

Locattion location location
After a very long day on the road, the Baymont was the perfect choice. First the room was clean, the shower hot with great water pressure, and finally we could walk to great restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. The king size bed was sooo comfortable!Check-out was easy..just wish we had more time there!!!!
