Jameson Inn Kingsport

We were in town for the Bristol race. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpfull. My only suggestion is....change your shower heads! Your current shower head is the only shower I could stand in the middle of and not get wet.

The room was nice with comfortable a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The computer for the business center was very basic. Overall, a great value for the price.

This was my first visit to a Jameson Inn. While the location was excellent and close to my contract work, the walls were paper-thin and the snoring neighbor and ice machine 2 doors down kept me awake most of the night.

Stayed here for our trip to the Bristol night race with many other race fans. The location was good for arriving from the South. The hotel did a good job of accomodating the race surge with breakfast and coffee.

I had a great time, sat by the pool and read and was able to do all of my work in my lovely room, with a great view, quite, and comfortable/

This hotel sits upon a hill and looks great from the outside. As I arrived and looked over the exterior, I thought I had received a great bargain. The lobby is acceptable but rather plain and uninteresting. It does not match the beauty of the exterior but, nonetheless, it gives no cause for complaint. The desk clerk was friendly and promply checked me in. If there was any staff to help with luggage, they were not present at my arrival. My worst surprise came when I opened my door to my room on the second floor. The housekeeping staff was just finishing the cleaning of my room. That was very surprising in view of the fact the hotel was virtually empty. The following day, I also left early in the morning and did not return until 6:30 pm. My bed had not been made, the room had not been cleaned, and there was no housekeeping staff around doing any cleaning. I checked out the following morning. I do not recommend this place and will never stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Jameson Inn. The breakfasts were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was a bit dissappointed at the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but everything else met or exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well designed for efficiency and quiet.
