Ramada Limited Jackson TN

My wife and I have been on vacation for nearly two weeks now, and have had our fair share of hotel overnighters. This stay was the best! The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We were told there were 12 teens in the room next to us, and we didn't even know until then! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

the room was clean staff was friendly but the stairs to the upper level was on each end of the building and our room was in the middle of the building we didnt like that part but over all it was a good stay

It was pretty good if you consider the very low price. We stayed twice, once on the way to Florida and once on the way home. The first time was great, a clean room, comfy bed, friend staff and such. On the way back it was still very good, the room just wasn't as clean as I would have liked but wasn't horrible, just fair. It looks like they clean the room but don't detain it, skipping the corners and under the bed but doing all the major stuff like the bath, carpets and fridge. For the price, the location and rooms were great. The breakfast was also pretty good, they had the standard muffins, pasteries, cereal and fruit but also had yogurt and a waffle making station. We will stay again if we are in the area and the price stays so low.

The bed covers had stains all over them and the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good.

I am not one to complain. But stay away from this motel! Yes I read the reviews before booking. Some good, some bad. So I thought "Ok should be acceptable" WRONG!!!!! When I checked in the front desk clerk was kind of so so. Not rude but not friendly either. I got into the room. Vanity lights didn't work. Called her and she was kind of rude then. But given the time ( 5:00 p.m ) I figured she was just tired. They fixed the light. Got up the next morning and found that the cleaning person had left an hold used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain. Ok white shower curtain. Could have just been a mistake. Sat down at the desk to use my computer. Light wasn't working on lamp. Is it unplugged? Checked that and found old receipts and stuff from previous guest. So looked a little closer. Dust on all the pictures, under the bed and so forth. Was out of time had to get to the meeting. Praying that it would be clean when I got back. Returned it looked like it had been vacummed but there was a dirty washcloth on vanity counter with windex on it. Ok give me a break! But I figured I would say something when I checked out. Went into lobby to check out. I just about decided not to say anything and go on. She asked if I would like a receipt 'yes, Please" I can't give you one. Why? Your room was prepaid we don't give receipts for prepaid. I just need a check out recepit that shows I was here. No go she wouldn't give me one. Of course I wasn't happy. She actually sneered at me and told me she didn't like my attitude to leave. STAy AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

The price I paid on orbitz was over $20.00 more than the receipt from the hotel. I requested a fold-away on the orbitz site - when we arrived the hotel told us they didn't have any roll away beds.

The a/c was not on at all. It was around 5pm, 95 degrees outside and our room faced the sun setting. We turned on the a/c and left for dinner. When we returned it was still hot! We complained to the desk, They said they might be able to move us, but give it time. It never cooled off enough for us so it was not acceptable. There were not enough towels and the room wasn't very clean. We tried the swimming pool and it wasn't clean, had things floating on the bottom and the water level was way down. I would not recommend this hotel to my dog!

The Ramada was comfortable,but there wasn't much light in the room,I found myself sitting in the dark the whole time. I did like how the curved shower curtain added space to the shower in what otherwise would have been a very tight space. The continental breakfast was awful,there wasn't anything but cereal and stale breads although there was a waffle iron to make your own waffles. on the bright side, Shoney's is just a short walk away not like the swimming pool which is a rather long walk. If your looking for luxury you won't find it here but if your a tired parent looking for a quick trip to relax kid free,this hotel is fine.

Ramada Limited Jackson,TN is an older but kept hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is located near a host of restaurants, Walmart and movie theater and a small shopping plaza.
