Rude & Insulting
Asked my husband if he disciplined me when I talked out of turn & told us we couldn't read because we were from Ripley, TN!! I wouldn't use this motel ever on just principle alone now because they insulted our culture here in America!!

Cons: When I walked in the "lobby" to check in, there were a bunch of people yelling in Spanish. Could barely hear the clerk behind the counter. This seemed like a "wrong place at the wrong time" moment, but no one was doing anything about quieting them down or getting them out either. The "non-smoking" room that we picked out smelled strongly of smoke. The "Jacuzzi in the room" that was the reason I booked this hotel was just a "normal-sized" bath tub with jets in it. The jets DID work, but after running the jets there were all kinds of unwelcome particles floating in the water. Not anywhere near clean. This was a big disappointment. We were also awoken by police sirens more than once. Apparently that part of Jackson is pretty "busy". Not a good night's rest. Pros: The A/C worked great! Convenient location. Jacuzzi worked.

Room was acceptable. The clerk had very limited use of the English language and did not speak Spanish so I had great difficulty understanding him.

the room was in need of many repairs. had to bring in air freshener it smelled so bad(musty). hotel clerk was not kind at all.

Good location for shopping ctrs and rest
I reserved two nights, but I had to leave, so I only stayed one night due to a family emergency. My stay there was nice. The room was clean, pillows fluffy, and managment was nice.

Nice Hotel
Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Older hotel, but still clean and neat. Pool had not opened for season, hotel needed approval from city. Would have been nice to have the pool - we had 3 grandchildren with us. Breakfast was fine for us, quick and easy. Would stay again.

What more can you ask for $50?
My wife and I were looking for a quick stay on our way from TX to KY. Right off the interstate, quiet, and $50 a night! Now I wouldn't plan my family vacation here, but the room was more than sufficient for a quick in and out. Staff was friendly, parking was adequate, and check in/out was painless. If we find our way through there again, will definitely consider the stay.

Disappointed
Not Orbitz quality!
Cars parked outside of rooms were in very bad condition giving us the feeling it was unsafe. Uncomfortable with situation and couldn't sleep, so we left at 4am. Night clerk didn't seem happy about check out. Didn't even let me inside. Room was clean. Caulking around tub in bad condition, toilet was loose from floor and made loud noise when sitting down on it. Overall I feel the motel management/owner is bleeding the property and is not the qulity I have come to expect form Orbits.
