Staff was attentive and hotel was clean and well done. We highly recommend this spot as a place to chill in Nashville.

We booked a King room, but when we got there, they gave us a double. Staff said that because we booked through a third party, we were not guaranteed the room type, just guaranteed a room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was amazing. The first room we checked into smelled like cigarette smoke (it is a non-smoking hotel) so we called down and told the front desk, they brought a key up to us and moved us to a different room no questions asked.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The price was fair, even for just 1 night. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The room was larger than I expected, with 2 double beds and the living area separated from the bedroom area by a partial wall. There are only 2 things that I would recommend that they work on. The room had a micro-refrigerator, but no microwave. When we asked why, we were told that the Fire Department (Marshal?) didn't let them put microwaves in the rooms because people burn things. However, I have been in other hotels in the area that do allow microwaves. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, because there was a microwave downstairs, available 24 hours a day, we were told. The other concern that I had was that we were told that our room would be available at 3:00 pm. We were assured of that because I called earlier on the date that we were going to check in and they told us they had rooms available at that time on a first come-first served basis. But we did not have to worry about what time we checked in after 3:00 pm because we had a guaranteed room. We tried to check in at 3:55 pm and had to wait because the room had not been cleaned. It was only an approximately 10 to 15 minute wait, but it seemed odd that we had to wait for a room that should have been ready almost an hour earlier. It was even odder that 2 people who came in after we did were able to get their keys and go up to their room immediately. But, those were only minor inconveniences and my wife and I are already planning a return visit!

The location is a little farther from Nashville than I would have liked but it is very close to a lot of shopping malls. The rooms were nicer than some of the trendiest boutique hotels I've stayed in. Great value without a doubt.

Great time with family from TN, MO, and GA. Found a couple of HO Train shops, but most of our time was spent in the home of a family member.

The check-in was wonderful. There was a kiosk in the lobby that let me swipe my card and receive my room keys without waiting in line. The room was perfect with a sitting area, fridge, sink, desk, and separate bedroom area. I wish I could've stayed a few nights to be able to enjoy it longer!
