Just fine by me

I stayed here for 14 days while doing business in Goodlettsville and I got a great online deal. It had a fridge and microwave. The Cracker Barrel next door was the friendliest restaurant ever. Each staff member that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. When I got this place at the price that I did, I was leary. Don't stay here if you expect luxury. For me, it was clean and in a safe area. There were sufficient food choices nearby, and a mall within a few minutes drive. I have another two weeks in Goodlettsville coming up. I certainly will stay here again.

ICKY!

We stay in Red Roof Inn's often when traveling because we travel with our dog. This was by far the worst yet! It was very outmoded with ripped carpeting, poorly patched walls, ill matching paint, smelled of stale smoke,and very cramped. My husband killed two roaches in the bathtub when we got there. The sink was dirty, as were the sheets. We left two hours earlier than planned due to the fact that we had not slept well. When we mentioned these complaints to the check out staff we got a blank stare and "Do you need a receipt?" This was also the most expensive RR Inn we have stayed in. Believe me it will be the last time we will stay there.

Looks Aren't What You Get

We had a great time while in Goodlettville. We shopped and visited with family. But our hotel stay was awful to say the least. Our room was clean but that was about it. The pictures are NOT what you get in the superior king room. DO NOT EXPECT to get that awesome shower or the beautifully decorated room. The heaters in the room are up high on the wall, and there was parts of the ceiling falling into the heater. We won't be stay here again. We were completely disappointed in this hotel.

One night stay

We stayed for one night as a couple's get away for Valentine's Day. It was a good one night get away place. We had problems with our key at first but the one of the staff members were very friendly and offered to help. The room was spacious enough and had everything we needed.

old and stinky!

i booked a non smoking room and the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming in the first room we had to ask for another room. the second room we got didnt smell as bad but it still wasnt clean. this hotel buts up to the interstate so we heard trucks all night long. i will not stay here again and i would not suggest anyone else stay here either. oh and what made us the maddest is there was no pool or hot tub even though they had pics of one online.
