Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Goodlettsville, TN

Loved this hotel. The only complaint we had was Hot tub was not working, and this was one of the reason in choosing this hotel. Would stay again if ever in this area.

I've traveled frequently for work and pleasure. Country Inn and Suites are always a safe bet. Clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and service was good.

To reach this hotel, one must turn back UNDER an expressway on an unmarked street that looks like the parking lot of a decrepit strip mall. No street sign. No directional sign posted by the hotel. Even Garmin got confused. Even though the hotel seems very new, the room smelled a little "off".

While the exterior of this hotel looked brand new - once I got past the door of my hotel room I was very disappointed by the room. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom, cracks and mold on the bathroom walls. It almost looked like they wrapped a new facade around an old Days Inn hotel. Breakfast was also very disappointing - took one bite of what was called scrambled eggs and had to leave and go buy breakfast elsewhere.

I stay at only Country Inn & Suites and I can say that this is really nice. Its the newest one. I really enjoyed speaking with [...].

It started out bad. I had requested adjoining rooms because we had kids with us. No only did we not get adjoining rooms, the rooms they gave us weren't even next to each other. Then after much complaining they switched us to rooms that were "next" to each other but separated by a large staircase. Then the bathrooms had cracking caulk at all the seems, and the soap tray had completely broken off the wall, and rather than reattach it they just leaned it against the wall. One of the rooms had "small hairs" in the shower. The first morning we went down to use the pool and were told it was closed because someone had gotten sick in it the day before and they hadn't gotten around to cleaning it yet. The Jacuzzi was broken and marked off with yellow caution tape the whole time we were there (three nights). I simply could not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.

WE had a woman with 4 children above us running around and jumping til around 1:00 am and we called the front desk 3 times which did no good. Then we got our bill to show how much less it would have been had we called them first - how rude!!

With the exception that the elevator was out of service at arrival my experience was great.

We were going to Nashville to the Central Tennessee Railroad to spend a day with Thomas the Tank Engine. We had a very relaxing evening in the hotel the night before. the clerk at the desk was outstanding! It was the same young lady when we checked in Friday night and checked out Saturday morning.
