Best Western Fairwinds Inn

I needed a place to stay for one night & this was a good deal. I had requested late check-in & arrived after 8 PM local time. Checked in & got the type of room I had reserved. The hotel is located just off Interstate 65 & was easy to get to. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff pointed out where we could find places for a good meal. There were plenty of good places within a short drive. The continental breakfast was good...Choice of a couple of cereals, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels, pastries. Overall I was very satisfied.

Title says it all, we found bed bugs in our room. Left the hotel at 11pm when we pulled the sheets back and saw them. Don't stay here unless you want bedbugs.

Everything was good. Walked in and the woman at the desk was very nice and quick. Room was clean and no bad smells. Would def go back!

Beautiful setting! Easy access from expressway, clean comfy room, I got there a lil early and they couldn't have been nicer about letting me check in early! Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Also very convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations I will def. stay there again! :)

This is your typical motel off the interstate at a fair price. Comfortable and clean, TV and free wi-fi. Walking distance (across the street) from a grocery store (Kroger), several fast food places and gas stations. Not crowded and not noisy. Staff was very nice. It seems to be a trucker's favorite. All in all, worth the $30 to $40 savings over places a few miles closer to Nashville.

I would actually give this a 3.5 star rating but u can only do whole numbers. 3 is too low and 4 is too high. Room was clean and so were the sheets. Shower had good pressure. The one complaint I have is it is a little noisy. I heard people pulling suitcases throughout the night. But it didn't really both me. Overall it was good. I would stay there again.

This hotel was above all clean and safe. Staff was helpful and polite when there was an issue with my reservation. Room included a decent-sized refrigerator, microwave, television with lots of channels, plenty of towels, and even a high-backed leather office chair at the desk. Staff even requests information about hotel guests' cars so that they may monitor and know which cars in the parking lot should be there and which ones shouldn't, a great element of security. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, fruit, pastries, bagels and breads, juices, cereal, milk, oatmeal, and coffee. Some might complain that this hotel features soap, shampoo, and lotion pumps on the walls instead of providing the small bottles like most hotels, but 1) this produces less waste and 2) if one pays attention, he or she will notice the small sign on the desk that says that complimentary bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. are available upon request 24 hours a day by calling the front desk.
