For clean, safe, basic accomodations on the north side of Nashville, this is your place. Good value. Breakfast is basic but good, rooms are clean, no noise issues, close to restaurants and I-65.

Quick Business Trip
The staff were polite, the breakfast was decent, but could have used some fruit or healthier selections. Over all the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the water pressure was terrible. I couldn't wash my hair and the towels felt like sandpaper. Overall for short stays it was great

Great price and the convenience!
Ive never booked a room with the Best Western but we thought it was great. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and I love the location... The price was good and well worth it... Everything was near by and would definately use them again. I would recommend...

THIS IS NO 3 STAR
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked a room under the impression that it was a 3 star hotel. Not even close. Nasty nasty nasty. Holes in the walls, stains on the comforter, dirt behind the batthroom door, and smelled really bad. I think the MGR must have written the rest of these reviews. This place is a hole!!!!! PS takes 5 days to get your money back (if at all)

great one night stay
I needed a place to stay for one night & this was a good deal. I had requested late check-in & arrived after 8 PM local time. Checked in & got the type of room I had reserved. The hotel is located just off Interstate 65 & was easy to get to. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff pointed out where we could find places for a good meal. There were plenty of good places within a short drive. The continental breakfast was good...Choice of a couple of cereals, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels, pastries. Overall I was very satisfied.

Bed bugs
Title says it all, we found bed bugs in our room. Left the hotel at 11pm when we pulled the sheets back and saw them. Don't stay here unless you want bedbugs.

Out Of Town
Everything was good. Walked in and the woman at the desk was very nice and quick. Room was clean and no bad smells. Would def go back!

Over night stay
Beautiful setting! Easy access from expressway, clean comfy room, I got there a lil early and they couldn't have been nicer about letting me check in early! Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Also very convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations I will def. stay there again! :)
