Americas Best Value Inn

To call this motel a dump would be an insult to the dump. I've stayed in motels/hotels from America's Best Value up to the Hilton. Never written a negative report before. Had to do it on this one. Shower drain didn't work. Ran out of hot water two minutes into shower. Room was dirty. Noisy partying going on outside. On morning of departure, the toilet wouldn't go down. Contacted America's the next day and they responded that they only book the rooms and the units are individually owned. I would recommend that you never, repeat never stay at this place. It is a filthy hole. Would have left but it was very late and we were tired. No decent place to eat nearby either.

We had to check in late and had been outside in 90 degree heat all day. When I checked in the lobby had no air conditioning. When we got to our room and turned on the room unit the air coming out of a/c never got cold, after about 10 minutes I called front desk. Person answered phone said someone would be right up. Waited about 15 minutes and no one ever showed up and the air out of the unit never got any cooler. The hand controls on the unit were missing but the person on the phone assured us the control were on cold if they were all the way to the right! Went to the front desk to request a refund for poor service and was told I had to go through my travel site to do that. When I called the next morning the hotel told us to call back and speak to a manager. I didn't want to deal with the poor customer service so I am taking this as a loss. You get what you pay for! We left that night and found a room less than a mile from our destination for a good price.

Came to Nashville with my daughters for a Taylor Swift Meet & Greet in Nashville. Couldn't get any hotel rooms in Nashville so we settled for this location which is about ten miles to the north. Didn't spend much time at the hotel but stay was good. Only complaint was the bed was too hard for me.

Good not to far from Down town Nashville

Ice machine in building didn't work. The front door to room was hard to open with card-key and lock looks like people had been banging on it to get in. Very noisy at night with "National Sports Bar" next door. They forgot wakeup call.

This is nothing special, but a well located, convenient stop along the way. Would not stay here for a romantic get away or anything - but it's good value for a quick night's sleep! It's right on the highway, easy to spot after a long day of driving! Close to a restaurant/bar and Waffle House (open 24 hours), gas station. On the down side, perhaps a bit noisy from the highway but nothing to worry about. Reserved a standard room, when we arrived the clerk noticed it was just the two of us and asked if we'd prefer a King for the same price, which was cool.

I've stayed at America's Best Value Inn twice now (in Goodlettsville, and in Glen Ellyn near Chicago), and BOTH times I have had staff throw a fit when I asked for a third towel (only two per room). Must be some company policy. I was amazed when the guy at the front desk told me there were no more towels. The place was 10% occupied, go open another room and get me one! He said he's see what he could do... 20 min later our towel showed up. Terrible service. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke as well.

Quiet and comfortable

Very good value for the money. Not too far from downtown Nashville but close enough to attend all convention activities. Not a luxury hotel, but quite comfortable . What else does one need?

I was very happy with this hotel. It was located right off the interstate and was really close to Rivergate Mall. I would definately reccomend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel in this area and I would stay here again.
