Dingy & Dirty Hotel
My family & I were on Spring Break and originally had reservations with another hotel. We decided we would like to stay a few extra days which is how we ended up here....what a mistake....when you call the hotel it plainly states they are the 2nd newest hotel in Gatlinburg. Not sure when that was ever true but certainly not now! It smells, everything is dirty, our toilet was broken from the base, pool area smelled of strong fowl odor, the "lazy river" if you can call it that was yellowish, and the switches for the hot tube was broken. Not to mention none of the windows opened. Overall it was WAY overpriced, dirty, dingy, disgusting and I will NEVER return to this establishment.

Great location, friendly service
we arrived very early in the morning. the staff was very friendly and directed us where we needed to go. the room was nice and clean. the beds were very friendly. the next day we drove into town and then it started snowing. we took the car back to the hotel, but the drive was too slick. the manager came outside in the snow to show us an alternate way to get into the lot.:}

Had Bed Bugs in our Bed
My husband and I thought the hotel was ok, not the best we had ever stayed at. The next morning we found a bug in the other bed. We determined it was a real BED BUG. Then we looked in our bed to discover blood spots all over the sheets. Then we started looking and found numerous BED BUGS. The manager was very shocked. The manager handled our concern in a very professional manner.

Quick getaway!
The hotel was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast sucked. I had reserved a non-smoking room, smoking was the only thing available. We had to wash all of our stuff when we got home.

Just Right
The hotel wasn't busy at all when we were there but we had a nice room, the only complaint was a little mildew in the shower. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but also had waffles which was a plus. Overall, great hotel I would stay here again. The location wasn't on the Gatlinburg strip but it was easy to ride the trolley or park at the Aquarium so it isn't a huge inconvience.

Alright, Nothing Fancy
The hotel was alright. It was just the basics, a room and shower. It was resonably clean but there was a slight musky odor in the room.
