Family-owned Gatlinburg hotel on a peaceful mountain stream

The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and sightseeing. There are three pools -- one indoor, one outdoor and one small pool for children -- and a poolside cafe offering breakfast and lunch and non-alcoholic drinks for reasonable prices.

Very Pleased

All the staff was very friendly. Anything we needed they did their very best to accomodate us. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean & having both pools & a hot tub was great. We arrived late in the night & was still greeted with a smile. My family & I come to the mountains atleast once a year. We will be using this hotel each time as long as the price is reasonable.

Great autumn long weekend

Good motel with functional perks - e.g., WiFi; indoor & outdoor pools; Cafe in house, tasty meals at reasonable prices; friendly staff; flat screen TV with 60+ cable channels; convenient Trolleys @ bargain (half dollar per person) stops in front of hotel - stayed on schedule, safe easy to jump on and off at restaurants, sites. Trolley quick, saved parking for sightseeing in town; Also a short walk down street to restaurants and city convention center; nice ride up & down on tram ride up the mountain
