Excellent location and view
We got a mountain view cabin and the views were great and the location is perfects, many many places are within walking view. The room was big and spacious; however, the bed was very hard. The rooms were clean even though a bit old like many of the places in gatlinburg.

Great hotel to stay as "Home Base" for your touring days.
Had a large room with a beautiful view of the main street in Gatlinburg from our terrace. A fine hotel located within walking distance of all of the attractions in Gatlinburg.

Great Location
Best part of this hotel is its location. In the heart of downtown Gatlinburg but one street up off the strip. Still very quiet though. Hotel was good value to price. Room could definitely use updating and attention to detail with regard to cleanliness.

fantastic location and view. Average hotel.
The view was beautiful and it was conveniently located next to the aquarium. The rooms were a little dated but comfortable and smelled pleasantly. There was no breakfast but it can be bought next door for $7.

Week-End Retreat
This was a very fun week-end. We parked our car and was able to walk every where. When we got tired the hotel was close enough to pop in and refresh ourselves. Very relaxing.

Great location
The location is great. We could walk to almost everything in Gatlinburg. The room was fine but the wife thought the bathroom needed improvement. Good for man as all we care about is hot water and a flushing toilet.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Avoid the Italian restaurant as the Russian waitresses rush around, but the service is slow. Go to Pancake Pantry as they have great food and nice southern waitresses.
