what a hot mess!!! When we arrived the clerk behind the desk told us if a smoking optional room would be ok?? Well I have a small child and I knew what those rooms smelled like so I told him that another room would be preferred and he preceded to tell me that since we booked our on Orbitz and used a "middle man" and he referred to that we didn't get much choice. So my response to him was why did you even ask me in the first place and he said that if I didn't like the room that he'd give us our money back and we could go elsewhere. So we go to look at our "smoking optional " room and our room wasn't even in the building in which in had booked, monitor was in the OLD building above the pool! So needless to say after dealing with a clerk who only had 2 good teeth in his head and sleeping on a lumpy mattress, oh and showering with lot one, but 3 spiders in the shower. I bet you can tell that we weren't happy visitors and we would NOT recommend this place not even to our dog!!

Nice room, clean with everything we needed. Hotel located beside a stream. Outstanding service from the person at the desk when we checked in. He was friendly, helpful and made us glad we chose that motel which is located near many restaurants. We made reservations to return to that motel at a later date.

Impromtu weekend getaway - wanted to be in the middle of Gatlinburg. Hotel on a hill - convenient to everything. Corner room, with fireplace & balcony, was comfortable & inviting. Will definitely stay here again !!

Quality Inn Creekside was an excellent choice for a trip to the Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. You are within walking distance to several attractions and short car drive to beautiful mountain scenery. Caution if you do walk to the shops and attractions you will have an uphill walk on return. So pace yourself. The staff was friendly and helpful. A place I will return to.

we had a great time at this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future. this is a place where we will take our kids and have a great time.

Liked the proximatity to Gatlinburg's main strip. Rooms were quiet and pleasant. Nice pool available.

The pictures of this hotel are misleading. The so called creek kind of reminded me of a sewer stream. I requested non smoking and got smoking with the reason they were full but I don't think so, I think it was because I got a discounted rate. The cigarette smoke coming from the next room almost choked me to death. I did not like the fact that the room was stuck back in the darkest corner. We were scared to sit in the chairs because the straps were missing in all of them. The toilet never flushed properly. The bathtub would not drain so one of us had to shower in a foot of water. For almost 100 bucks a night, I think we could have done better. Quality was just not here.

The front desk manager was so helpful. Our first room had not been cleaned. He had no problem changing our room- the new one was incredibly nice! Hotel was so convenient to everything!

very easy to get to by car, from park side of town. rooms are nice, but we had a odor problem in bath room, which was found later, as so many places are old, this one has tried to keep rooms up!
