Olde Gatlinburg Rentals

The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. But all in all it was a nice place. I would stay there again.

The hotel did not receive the reservation from.. It took fifteen minutes to get it cleared up. It was a good thing there were rooms available. The room we got did not look like the room in the ad. It was much older and had water leaking in the bedroom. They switched rooms the next night.

Very nice location was able to walk everyday to the strip! The building and rooms are fairly old with poor lighting in parking lot! We had a problem with ants in our room. Overrall experience was great!

Loved the ease of reaching downtown. Quiet & relaxing. Great views.

The fridge was tilting and water was dripping from the fleezer. Coffee machine didn't look so clean and the decanter was without a lid, so I didn't feel like using it. No shampoos, just soups. The dining table and chairs were shaky and my daughter split her milk many times. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I probably won't come back here. Next time I will stay at a nice clean motel.

The condo that we were given did not have a nice balcony like some of the other rooms. The air conditioning unit from inside was on the balcony and it was so hot from the unit that you could not stay on the balcony. There was a wall instead of railing so you could not see from the balcony unless you were standing.

Had a wonderful stay in the one bedroom condo. Very spacious, super close to the trolley lines, and very affordable for a small group of people!

I was there with my family on a vacation to Smoky's. but the room left a bad taste of the whole trip.. When i reached there at night, the entrance was difficult (almost impossible to find)...I am almost sure 90% of people would not find the entrance to the building in first shot..I still fail to understand why the management does not put a note about the entrance...then comes the room - very very small kitchen (not to mention it was right across bathroom)...about beds - I dont expect pillowtops, but i also dont expect mattress that give up on edges..kept falling off the mattress while sleeping..another bed room was smaller than a matchbox..no AC in that one..I didnt feel like coming back to this room in the evening..used to make me sick..the building perimeter area was also very untidy, filthy and dimly lit..all in all, left a bad taste of the whole Smokys...As it is said "you get what you pay for"..but they amt i paid was just enough to rent a good cabin in the moutains..I guess I fell into "close to downtown" thing..do not go for this hotel....

Rooms were clean and the prices were reasonable through [...], location was okay. The bed was worn down and did not sleep well. We ended up sleeping in the pull out sofa sleeper. The water pressure was so weak that it was hard to take a shower.

Pool was one of my required amenities and when we arrived it was still covered for the winter ( The only place around that the pool was not open yet.) (VERY DISAPPOINTING)!!!!!!!!!
