Oak Square Condos

The room was pretty but many things did not work properly. The clock did not work and the tv work half the time for the first day and not at all for the second. The room did not have a hair dryer. When the tv quit working we were moved to a different room which really needed cleaned. When I laid anything on the bed dust would fly. My whole family ended up with allergy issues before we left the next morning. Both rooms were decorated nicely but otherwise a disappointment.

In walking distance to food, attractions, & shopping. Room is cozy, feels like home & very clean. The staff is pleasant. Its a great value. I will certainly stay again.

We had an awesome time according to our 8 yr old (the best vacation ever) April is an awesome time to go. No crowds & that's on Easter weekend. Bennet's is a great place to eat (breakfast or lunch/dinner). The best place to drink (alcoholic) is the Brassy Pub which is a part of The best Italian Place ever. Again, exceptional food and very affordable. Of course, always have to go to the Hard Rock cafe. Love their hot wings (chicken strips). Had a great time at the Sugarland Stables. Again, an affordable adventure. Must see the Aquarium, my son especially enjoyed it, altho I am disappointed that the sting rays are too hard to reach for children and the fact that the penguin playhouse was only available on certain days. We stayed downtown & walked almost everywhere. Great exercise. lol

Had a good stay at Oak Square Condos. The place is not brand new, from the outside...but the room was clean,well decorated,updated and really close to everything. We enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and accomodating. we had no problems at all.

The hotel was nice and for the price of 60 dollars a night you can't beat it. Nice wood floors in the living room with a big screen plasma. Kitchen was cramped but on vacation who stays at the condo? Bathrooms were clean. Only thing that I can find to complain about is the bed wasn't that comfy. If they would buy a softer matress it'd be 5 stars.

our room was great, its an older hotel, but clean, quiet, and awesome location. we did have to go to the office and swap our towels, and clean our trash cans, and we did have to pay a $25.00 clen up fee. overall, it was great and will stay there again.

This was barely one step up from a hotel room although it is supposed to be a condominium. Quite disappointing. We had to wait 30 minutes for the desk clerk return so we could check in. The commode did not fluch in the first room he gave us so we got a better room on the second try. I would not recommend Oak Square to anyone.

The staff was wonderful, day and evening. The rooms were clean and odor free. The furniture was good quality and clean. The fireplace was wonderful. Didn't even turn on the TV. You must provide your own logs. Great stay. Would recommend to anyone. Just needed an overnight get-a-way and this was perfect. Will stay here again. Lots that were cheaper but this had everything we needed.

The location is wonderful but very small although it says there is plenty of room for a family. The staff was not concerned with coustomer service. I waited for 10 minutes for the lady to check me in because she was having a personal conversation on the phone. [...] the sleeper sofa had a large hole in the middle of the bed. My in-laws were in the next room and their room was very junky compared to mine. [...]

Not quite the place we were expecting after looking at their website. Pictures on the website did not reflect the room we were given. About the only this this place has is a good location. We were only one block from the main strip. As far as the room, this place needs a major upgrading. Two things that really stood out was the aluminum foil surrounding the burners on the stovetop and an ashtray used to level out the refrigerator. Doubt that we would stay there again.
