Great combo of close to downtown, but off the beaten path
The condo complex when reached by car is nestled back away from the main roads. However, there is a set of stairs out the backdoor that get you to the downtown area by foot in about 10 minutes. Typical hotel/condo room with a nice front room and small kitchen and bath, with a small to mid-size bedroom. The staff was very responsive, although on duty only 9-5.

Very nice place. Clean. Very very nice staff. If it was closer to the attractions, it would have been perfect for us.

Romantic, Relaxing Getway
Room was comfortable. Outdated decor did not enhance a sense of romance or luxury. We enjoyed our stay and did find it relaxing. We are easy going. Some of our friends would not be so flexible to accept such outdated surroundings.

Roaches
The hotel had roaches crawling ever so often, the televisions where small, and the chairs to sit in were uncomfortable.

Horrible!!!
Mself, wife and son (6months old) stayed at this hotel because we thought that it was "near" he main downtown area (like we were told from them) but little did we know that the stairs outback led to a back alley that you have to walk down then another road you have to walk about 7 blocks to finally get to the down town srea so in other words its not even close, not to mention its not stroller accessable. I had to pick my sons stroller up and carry it up and down the stairs. Then during our stay absolutely no one was ever in the office. Every time we tried calling about something we would get NO answer. Talk about aggravating. . When we walked in the room it wasnt bad looking at all, VERY OUT DATED but not to bad. Oh well besides the blankets on the bed which had holes in them. During our look for a hotel we wanted a room with a jetted tub. but with this hotel just make sure the whole family takes a shower or bath at the same time or save the water because our first night along withevery other night there was only enough hot water for 1 person. I ouldnt even give my 6 month old son a hot bath that night. and then when i complained about it to a house maid she told us to wait about 30 min for some hot water. ???!!! why should i have to do that if i spent over 200.00 to stay at that hotel??? Th bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the walls.. Im sorry but this hotel was nothing like the reviews had stated we will NEVER stay here again.

Nice surprise!
We were able to enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks from our porch. Even with the noise from the town below, it was relatively quiet in our condo. However, the noise from the people above us was a different story. I am new to renting condos per night but I thought that the $25 cleaning fee should have meant more than just the move-out cleaning. I would have gladly paid for a daily clean.

The best restaurant deals are in Pidgeon Forge. The Gatlinberg restaurants are overpriced.
