Great place to stay in great location.

This was a great vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We walked to all shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the balcony. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return soon.

Good place, little pricey!

Enjoyed our stay here during the new year, comfortable room, great location, a little overpriced.

Watch out for the time share pitch.

The location is in a good location and that is it. I purchased a 1 BR Unit here a few years ago, was really good at first, then maintenance fees went through the roof. The make the 1 BR units pay as much as the 2 BR units. I think it is safe to say we know what people sit on that board.

Great Family vacation

For a resort, there aren't a lot of amenities, but the location is just a short walk (down hill) to the Gatlinburg main strip. Yes that means it is uphill on the way back. Comments about the walls being a bit thin are accurate, but we weren't in the room enough for it to be too distracting. They did a trash run or something at 5 am every day that woke us up. The undergrouns parking was appreciated so that the car wasn't being backed in the July sun.

Wonderful Spring Break

We've been to Gatlinburg many, many times. This was our first time to stay at Holiday Inn Club. Everything that we had read from previous reviews was correct. The staff was so superior to any other place we had ever stayed at. Once we checked in, a staff person came to our room to make sure that everything worked (lights, fireplace, ceiling fans etc.). The room was extremely clean. We loved having a kitchen and separte sitting room. It was just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Greatv family getaway!!

Great value
