Was not good

The room was not nasty but I have been in a lot better. The heat adjustment sucked, either froze or burnt up no comfort zone at all and the shower was the same way. When the neighbor turned on the water you ended up with ice cold or scalding hot. Walls are paper thin, hear everything that happened outside and even in the next room. Beds were wore plum out you get maybe 5 tv channels and could never stay connected to the Internet. Oh, the place is for sale so they are not putting any money back into the place.

Not very good

When we first arrived (3:00 p.m. local time) I checked in and was given the room key. I went back to my car to move it to the designated parking spot when the hootel clerk came to me to let me know the room was nt cleaned and ready yet she said it would be about 45 minutes before the room would be ready(check in time is advertised as 2:00 p.m. local time. So we went off to wander for a bit upon returning the door knob needed some wiggling and jerking to get the key to open door. will not stay here again.

who's in charge of housekeeping

we were in for a wedding and the hairdryer and phone were not working. the staff did nothing to rectify this after being told. the room was disgusting that i drank just to get the thought out of my head because the town was packed. i ended up cleaning the tub myself after getting comet from the staff just to take a shower. wouldn't recommend this place.

grand prix motel

this is by far the worst motel I have stayed in at gatlinburg. the room was small, parking was limited, the room itself was dirty, and to top it all off there were bugs in the bed. the staff never came to clean the room, nor give us clean towels. the first towel I picked up in the restroom had stains on it from a previous visit. our room almost never had hot water and the bathroom was so dirty I would not get into the tub. I would never stay in this place again it would ruin my vacation. this isn't the hotels fault but we had someone try and get into our room in the middle of the night. from inside my room I can hear everything above me and beside me in almost all of the rooms. I could hear intimate details about other travelers in the same hotel. it was very distracting and made sleeping very difficult.

bad bad service

Wife of the owner works at front desk and is very nasty and unprofessional. All she is worried about is charging extra charges for anything.

Good for the price

good for the price. Nice staff but i didn't really need them much. Quiet location but within walking distance to main strip. I'd stay again for sure considering the price was the cheapest one in the area.

Traveling Solo

I liked this Motel. It was quiet and cute. Although out-dated, everything was clean and perfect for just a room to sleep in. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious but I wasn't planning on staying in the room long. Staff was super friendly. Loved that there was a balcony.
