Weekend Get Away

Accommodations were not as requested or provided in either room offered. Paid for rooms that were not provided. Had to ask for maid service. Not pleased.

Well maintained hotel

I had stayed at this hotel back in the mid-70's and decided to try it again for an overnight. I was pleased to find that the hotel has been well maintained and still is a delightful place to stay. An added bonus was that a piano player from the Smokey Mountain Jubliee was staying there the same night and entertained us with his music.

Are u serious

The hotel was located 1/4 mile from shops. We were within walking distance of the zip lining place I had made reservations with, which was the only reason I choose this establishment. The room had a horrible odor. The elevator made weird sound when Iused it so, I used the stairs. I wanted a hotel with a hot tub which was other reason I choose this place because the pictures showed a water fall with hot tub. Neither one for them where working. Ad said breakfast bar but didnt say you had to pay for it. I hated this hotel, will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel experience

This was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway. The room was clean and provided extras that were a nice comfort. Actually had a dine-in restaurant - not just a continental breakfast. Close to everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Excellent Indoor POOL and Location!

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were average, but clean. The pool was so fantastic and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to all of the attractions. Front desk was helpful and kind. We will be back!

Great location to the strip

We had a great time here. My three kids loved the two level pool. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. This is the third time I've stayed here and it won't be the last. Great hotel.
