Cleaniness
This was the filthiest room I have ever seen. Gatlinburg was great. Be sure to get off main stores and into all the knooks and crannies of this town.

Close to downtown.
The parking was right next to the room and was covered. The staff was very nice. There was only a short walk to downtown. The room was large, and the visit was quiet. The room furnishings were old, but everything was adequately clean. Our only objection was an unpleasant odor, in the room. Not sure what caused it. Would probably choose another hotel if I returned there.

This was a great room for the money and has a elevator.It was close to everything and almost in the center of town too. Its nothing really special but who stays in the room all day when there is so much to do and see. the only thing they can improve on is the pillows(kinda flat)and they need to have more coffee in the room when there is two queen size beds

SHORT WEEKEND
READ REVIEWS REG THIS MOTEL BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN IT. WE HAD NO VIEW, THE WALL AROUND ONE OF THE OUTLETS WAS COMPLETELY BLACK WHICH HAD US CONCERNED A LOT. THEY LEFT US A WET COFFEE PACKET SO WE CLD NOT MAKE COFFEE & HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE & GET ANOTHER ONE. I GUESS FOR THE PRICE IT WAS OK BUT WE WLD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A REAL JOKE. THEY HAVE ONLY ONE ICE MACHINE WHICH MADE FOR QUITE A WALK WHEN WE NEEDED ICE.

Very enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was located off the main stip, but, we were able to walk to the shops and attractions. We were very pleased with our stay. This was my first time in Gatlinburg. My husband had been several times before. When he was there it wasn't so commercialized. Things were a little expensive, but, I suppose that is to be expected.

Nice suites!
Got upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi because of a broken air conditioner, so can't complain :-) Overall, both rooms were very nice and the staff were very helpful! The location is extremely convenient to visit downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nice trip and stay
Road through the mountains, strolled through gatlinberg went to cherokee and maggie Valley, also pigion Forge.

Close to the main drag
We enjoyed our stay at the EconoLodge in Gatlinburg, TN. It was close to the main drag for us to walk. Parking was not a problem. The room was large and clean.

Don't get an upstairs room over lobby
The location is good for sightseeing. Do not get one of the rooms over the lobby. They did not have the ac turned on. It was over 100 degrees in the room. The ac is in the hall so the room takes forever to cool off. We waited 2 hrs and and it nver got cool. We then requested another room. It cooled in 15 minutes. It was a suite so we ended up enjoying our stay. This place is ok if you are looking to save a few bucks.
