The Days Inn and Suites hotel is ideally located on the main parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, 100 yards from the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park and one block from the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Sleep only

Room was average, service was not there. Asked for towels at pool and never received. Trash cans were overflowing, no paper towels or soap in lobby restroom. Fortunately we did not spend much time there.

Weekend getaway

NIce Room

Room was in great location. Staff was friendly and nice. Bathroom was very tiny like it was placed in a closet, sink and mirror are in foyer as you walk in. Room was clean and no problems during my stay.

Comedy of Errors

Staff was helpful and made mistakes at the same time. They were nice and friendly. First room toilet crammed into cabinet and not usable. Got locked on balcony because key did not open door. Could not change room because we had "used" room and no maid staff. Changed room next day, much better but key did not work. Changed key. They did not put into computer that we changed room so our room was given to another couple. We came back to room and key did not work. I was at the front desk telling them that my key did not work when the other couple told them that someone was in "their" room. They had access to our room and could have taken everything we owned. Thank goodness they were honest. The mess was straightened out. Hot water was orange. We were told to let it run 5 minutes since they had repaired some hot water heaters. We will not be staying there again!!!!!! Not to mention the noise if your room is on the front by the main road. Also, paper thin walls in the front rooms.

Great Fall Break!

Gatlinburg Getaway

We had a great time in Gatlinburg and the hotel was located exactly where we wanted to be in the heart of Gatlinburg. You could walk to everything and was very close to "OBER Gatlinburg" ski slopes.

It's was Okay.

It was alright for a weekend get away. The room was alright for what we payed for it. The bathroom was dirty, I cleaned it when we first arrived and bath tub still was dirty. The room smelled. Needs some remodling but, was Okay for a weekend.

Decent Hotel

Hotel was okay. The door on my room was warped and the cleaning staff did not shut it tight when they cleaned the room. The price and location are good.

Just an ok hotel

It was a girls weekend and our double bed room was really oddly shaped. The comforters were stained and sheets did not look clean. I went down to the front desk and got clean sheets to make the bed ourselves. The bathtub did not look clean either so we got cleaner for that. The front desk help was awesome and while it wasn't the best hotel, it was decent enough for the price.

A decent place in a good location

This hotel was a good place to stay. The room was neat and tidy. It had a nice outdoor and indoor pool. It really is a nice place to stay because of the price and location. It's located along the strip so it's easy access.
