Great for a family getaway
The hotel is perfect for a family getaway, for more than just couple of nights. The hotel is far from Gatlinburg, but a lot better that what’s offered in town. The room had more amenities than I was expected. The view was excellent, and having your own balcony was definitely a plus. I wish the room did not have a musty odor, which prompted me to get an air freshener, as soon as I got to town. I hope they will do something about it.

Love this place
This is our second year staying at this condo. Even though it is a distance from all the attractions, we love the drive. Beautiful setting. It is our place of choice! The only thing I would have changed was a little softer mattress.

Gatlinburg-Oct '11
My wife & I stayed 2 nights/3 days at this condo, we needed a late check in & the staff was very accomodating. Our room was reserved & we checked in without issue. The condo was clean, has a well equipped kitchen & up to date furnishings. The bed is comfortable, the location is quiet & secluded but not too far from the main strip of Gatlinburg (10-15 min drive). We had a very enjoyable getaway experience.

Labor Day Weekend
Let us check in 2 hours early after being stuck in traffic for over an hour. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us dining options away from downtown congestion--places we would never have found without concierge's suggestions.

Wouldn't Stay Again
The location for this place was a little out of the way, but that was ok. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The grounds were gorgeous.......and then there was the room. It felt cramped and dated. My wife found a cockroach in the kitchen, and a blood stain on the comforter. The parking was HORRIBLE!!!!! We stayed in a room on the edge of their property. They ran out of parking spaces 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. We had to park the equivalent of a couple of blocks away and walk to our room. Meanwhile, it was pouring down rain. We complained to the front desk, and they told us that it just happens when they are fully booked. That was unexceptable, but they wouldn't do anything. We will not be staying here again. It was cheap, but it was cheap for a reason.
