Great trip
Although the room was small at first glance, everything was provided for. Staff was helpful as well. The downside is that it is a bit far from the main attractions of Smokies and no room service during our stay.

Avoid town during late afternoon + early evening times. Very crowded and parking is hard to find + expensive.

Would stay there again. that's for sure
their one bedroom queen sized bed is perfect for couples. Full kitchen, which was super super clean. the kitchen had pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and lots more. The kitchen had everything I need to cook an entire meal, which saved money because we didn't have to eat out. However almost nonexistent counter space. hardly a problem tho, i just used the table. The bedroom is closed off from the rest of the room which was nice. Two huge TV one with DVD Player and VHS. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and nice pillows. Plenty of storage. Very clean but small bathroom with tub. The location is about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The drive actually didn't bother us because it was beautiful and meant we could escape the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Overall a wonderful stay. Very good for the Price. Well maintained clean facility.

Great for a family getaway
The hotel is perfect for a family getaway, for more than just couple of nights. The hotel is far from Gatlinburg, but a lot better that what’s offered in town. The room had more amenities than I was expected. The view was excellent, and having your own balcony was definitely a plus. I wish the room did not have a musty odor, which prompted me to get an air freshener, as soon as I got to town. I hope they will do something about it.

Love this place
This is our second year staying at this condo. Even though it is a distance from all the attractions, we love the drive. Beautiful setting. It is our place of choice! The only thing I would have changed was a little softer mattress.
