Considered by many as the finest resort in the Smokies, BEST WESTERN Zoder's Inn offers you the seclusion of six peaceful acres beside a beautiful mountain stream - and yet, we are located right on the main street in downtown Gatlinburg, so that you are just within walking distance to many of the town's fine shops, restaurants and attractions. Our guest rooms are unequalled in comfort, offering in-room coffee, small refrigerator, wet-bar and private balconies overlooking the stream. There are a variety of elegant suites to choose from - a cozy, romantic suite with a fireplace for two or a spacious two bedroom suite - sleeping up to 8 - with full kitchen and dining room.

We enjoyed our stay

We were too busy to get to the pools available. Location close to main Gatlinburg strip. Hard to exit onto road, no line of sight vision of traffic due to situation on curve. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Old Panasonic tube TV's in rooms, poor audio and cable choices. Wi-Fi gated and slow, forced banner ads in browser. While we enjoyed our stay and room(s), will try other location next time.

great amenities, beautiful surroundings

If you want to enjoy an evening in rockers by the fire pit, sitting by the stream in lawn furniture, soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the sites on the streets of Gatlinburg, its just steps outside you room. Also there are special touches that other INN's haven't thought about like Wine and Cheese for the guest every evening and cookie and milk available at night, very thoughful staff that seeems to try to accomidate your needs and even pamper thier guest.

Great family vacation

Zoders was a good choice for us. Our grandson loves streams and the rooms are located over a very beautiful stream and the grounds are very nice. Probable would have used more of the facility if we were staying for a whole week instead of just 3 days.

Great Deal in Gatlinburg

We had a great stay at Zoder's inn. The location was good, though a little outside the "main drag" but this meant it was pretty quiet. We loved the balcony on the stream and our daughter had a great time feeding the ducks that live there. The rooms was very large and very clean. We wished the kitchen area had a microwave but otherwise everything was great, we would definitely go back to this gem.

nice stay

Check in was very fast and the staff was great. King matress was so good that I wanted to see what brand it was and it appeared to be new. Had balcony on the stream, very nice. Bathroom a little small but no problems, very clean.

A great hotel with many extras

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We love the beautiful mountain stream running right below our balcony. Another thing that makes staying at Zoder's so special is the wine and cheese that they serve every evening. We'd sit by the pool and enjoy it before walking downtown for a wonderful dinner. At night when we'd walk back to the hotel, we'd stop and they'd put milk and cookies on a tray for us that we'd take back to our room to enjoy. Such a nice touch!

Best Western Zoders Gatlinburg

We have stayed at Zoder's several times over the last 4-5 years. The staff is great! We asked for directions to a Best Buy in Knoxville and they supplied maps and great directions. The rooms, though a bit dated, are always clean with fresh linens and bedding every day. The location is very convenient to walk to most of Gatlinburg downtown and the rooms are located with balconies over a mountain steam, very relaxing. They serve cookies and milk every evening and wine and cheese (which we have never indulged in). We go to Gatlinburg almost every year and always stay at Zoders. It is a little bit difficult to see to turn out of their driveway and can be a little harrowing. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will plan on returning there in years to come.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Read through all of the different flyers they give you when you check in (they are also available all around town). We rarely pay full price for any meals using the coupons. Also, eat a large breakfast and then go for a large lunch before 4 PM, before they change the menu prices for evening meals. The menus are the same but cost less for the lunch menu.

Great Place To Stay

The Best Western Zoder's Inn was a great hotel we were able to stay at while in Gatlinburg. We loved the breakfast, snacks and rec area. We really loved it that there was a place to play raquetball; that was so much fun. The staff was exceptional and very sweet to us. The only thing I was not pleased with was the size of the room. We had a blast!!!
