Overnight Stay
The motel was in need of updating. The carpet was old and needed to be replaced. The bathroom was tiny. The area in front of the toilet/tub was just an inch or two wider than the bath rug. It was a clean room and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The A/C worked very well. The television was an older model, but it had a good picture. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cool to swim we will not go back there..

Beautiful National park
We had to change rooms twice in two days. The first room had a stench of urine. The lady at the desk ( Courtney) had the temerity to make us wait to get the room cleaned but a gent at the desk ( sam) helped us change the room. Then we found cockroaches that night in the 2 room. So changed to another. All this got us upset and spoilt our holiday. The lady at the desk lied to us that the hotel was full when there was a " VACANCIES" sign outside. I request a full refund.

Great experience, loved being right on the strip, very close to all Gatlinburg shops and attractions.

Weekend Away
The hotel was a good location with a very comfortable bed. The staff was not very friendly, the front desk did not answer the phone, the ice machine was broken on a very hot weekend. The elevator broke down and we had to carry our luggage down three flights. I would not stay here again.

vacation ended before it got started
Had an emergency and had to leave only after 5 hours after check in. Naturally hotel will not refund money but company was willing to. Very disappointed with hotel policy and some issues of hotel staff and service.

Good Deal
We visited Ripley's aquarium and did some shopping. This was a great location out of the noiseness of the center of the city but still within walking distance to all the attractions and shopping we wanted to visit. Hard Rock Cafe and The Atrium Pancake House were both very close and great places to eat. Room was very clean and affordable.
