Excellent Choice & Location
The staff was courteous and let us check-in a bit earlier than 2pm. The location is close to Hard Rock Cafe, Ripley's Aquarium and downtown. This is probably a 20-30 year old hotel that has been remodeled, but done well. The room was clean; plenty of hot water; the beds slept well; and the hvac worked well. The hot breakfast (meatless) was good. Traffic noise was noticable, particularly motorcycles, but that is to be expected on the strip. Good mid-grade hotel.

Great Trip
Check in Check out was very fast friendly Room was clean and ready to go. Breakfast was very good Walked to and from dinners both evenings nice walk! We enjoyed the experience and location

Perfect for a quick getaway!!!!
Hotel room was great. It was clean, big, and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and meet our every need. The location was awesome. We were able to walk to everything...even in the snow. We had a great time.

Unbeatable location
Great place to stay. Close to all amenities but not noisey. Smoky Mountain National Park right on the doorstep. One of our best trips. Must see Cades Cove - we saw a bear!

Try Hellbenders - even tho we drink wine and they only serve beer, our waiter was so helpful and found us a beer that tasted like Chardonnay - Yes he did!

The hotel was a good location with a very comfortable bed. The staff was not very friendly, the front desk did not answer the phone, the ice machine was broken on a very hot weekend. The elevator broke down and we had to carry our luggage down three flights. I would not stay here again.

Excellent location for activities!
Excellent location for activities...ringside seat for the fireworks, shopping and restaurants. Room was very large, spotless and brand new! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Atrium next door was wonderful for breakfast Will visit again in the fall!

Visited the Apple Barn for lunch...great food and apple butter! Breakfast @ the Atrium was great--loved their omelets!

Not a bad place
Not a bad place to stay. Would have been nice to know it was undergoing remodeling but it really did not affect our room.
