Free-flowing cool amenities near shops, restaurants
The Hyatt Place Nashville Franklin Cool Springs is ideally located in the Cool Springs corporate business area and is just minutes from the Cool Springs Galleria, where visitors will find a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Cool Springs is home to several corporate headquarters and recording labels. The Hyatt Place offers large, stylish rooms with a bedroom and living area, in addition to a free deluxe continental breakfast buffet daily. Great Stay
I had read many reviews before booking this hotel. Some were good--some not so much. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and informative from the moment I walked through the door, and check-in took all of about 2 minutes. My room (king bed) was outstanding. I loved the separate living area, and the room had all the amenities of a higher priced hotel without the price tag. It also had free WiFi throughout the hotel--no strings attached (which, in my opinion, should be a given at any hotel, but that's another soapbox). The only one thing that I might could suggest would be to put a room service menu in the room itself. Other than that, everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Highly recommend!

A great local pizza and wing restaurant is about 3 minutes down the road. Mineo's was the name. Great food!

Nice accomodations.
We visited downtown, historic Franklin and also went to Nashville. The drive wasn't too bad to downtown Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. Franklin/Cool Springs are nice, upscale towns. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an outdoor pool. This trip was lots of fun!

Smells
Great lobby and greeting from hotel staff. First room stunk so bad of mildew on the 6th floor, we had to move to a new room. Second room, still on 6th floor, smelled better but was still muggy and moist feeling. The whole floor smelled dingy and like mildew. Maybe there was some water damage since it was the top floor? Second room was also in front of the elevator that made an unvelievable banging noise whenever it would shut. It was so loud it vibrated our door and floor. Would have asked to move again but didn't want to be a bother and embarass the people we were with. WILL NOT stay here again, ever!

Good Hotel - Hyatt in Franklin
Great location - easy access to all the shopping and restaurants in Franklin. Check-in was a bit slow, but otherwise very nice hotel. Loved the room layout and good sized tv, comfy beds. Great value for the nightly rate.

Hyatt Place review
Hotel was clean and neat. rooms was oversized and nicely arranged. internet service was excellent. Good quiet place to stay liked the big screen tv. Very quiet and great place to work.

Great Bed!
After being on the road 2 days and still having one to go, I was ready to relax. The staff was friendly, accomodations clean and comfortable. I needed a good nights sleep, and that's what I got. The bed was very comfortable, cushy and lots of pillows. The mini living room with sofa/tv, was a nice area to relax also. Complimentary breakfast was nice to not have to make an additional stop!

Clean modern comfort
We like the Hyatt Place Hotels. They offer clean spacious rooms and we love the modern feel of the hotel when you enter the lobby. The staff at this Hyatt Place were especially friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

A relaxing stay, a great value
Comfortable beds, great location with shopping, restaurants and interstate access. Very cool, modern interior design was quite welcoming!
