Homestead Nashville-Franklin

The rate was fair $68 bucks however for that price we felt we had to sacrifice a good nights sleep. The beds were so so in comfort, but I think what really bothered me was the condition of the bathroom, it had black mold in it and it was in real need of repair. The exit while convenient is very noisey and it is not a fun place to say in with kids as they had no place to walk to, we just kept walking them around the bldg, the hide a bed was also of not good quality, overall a depressing place to stay.

hotel is in great location, needs little updating. Very clean, pleasant people.

Needed a room/hotel centrally located in the Cool Springs, TN area......Homestead was simple to find and easy to get to my various destinations Quiet, clean and functional

The Homestead Inn and Suites has been my place to bunk three times in the last year and every time the staff has been courteous and helpful; the room has been clean; and it is located in the Cool Springs area, which seems to be close to everything. Also, I have to say that the last time I stayed before this, I left at least 7 - 10 cd's there and they were shipped back to me free of charge!!! I don't know another place that would do that!

I arrived somewhere around 2am and the gentleman who was at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. He carried my bag for me upstairs as I have an injury to an arm. Once inside I realized it was a smoking room. I had requested a non-smoking room. I called the front desk and that same nice man had my room changed to a non-smoking (smaller beds but at least I could breathe) carried my luggage to the other room in the rain and made sure I had extra blankets all within about 15 minutes. SUPER NICE GUY! The next evening I came back to my room and my keys didn't work. I called from my cell phone the hotel, the RUDE guy that answered the phone ([...]is his name), told me that I had to come to the desk to get the key. Mind you that your entrance to your room is on the outside of the building. I asked if he could bring me a key that worked seeing how it was their fault it didn't work in the first place, and he reiterated that I had to come there for a key. I was not pleased with this individual!!! I can only say that I was satisfied with my stay because of the kindness of the first person I met at that hotel. Good Price, Great Location, Kitchenette was nice.

Front desk staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Room was basic hotel efficiency with small kitchen area. I was not in the room much, so it was perfect for me. Just a place to sleep and shower.

I called the Hotel after making the reservation [...] to le them know we would be arriving between 11 and 12 midnight I was told that that would be no problem. When we got close to the hotel I had to call them again because my GPS wouldnt get me to their front door. The person on the phone was no help at all. When I finally found the place after 10 - 15 minutes i went in and got the keys. when I got to the room I realized that the 2nd bed was actualy a sleeper sofa. That was fine until I realized that there was no sheets, pillows or covers for the bed. When I went down to get some from the front office I had to wait outside for 10 - 15 minutes for the bad attitude desk clerk to open the door and give me what should have been in the room to start with. I did pay for a room for 4 people. The room was clean but be aware when you step into the tub as it has a VERY slick surface. Just like everybody else when I'm paying for something i like to be treated well and and have good service and that wasnt the case.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The price was good. The only thing was the air condictioner. When it came on it would make a loud almost screaming noise each time waking me up each time.

The room was alright; but I had asked for non-smoking and this definitely was not a non-smoking room. Other than that; the hotel was alright.
