Great Stay
I spent one night at this hotel and really enjoyed it. When I arrived, I was quickly checked in by a friendly staff member who directed me to my room and informed me of a few things I wanted to know. The room was larger than I had expected, had some much appreciated snacks waiting in it for me, and was nice and clean. In the morning, I made use of the fitness center which was small, but had enough equipment to allow me a good workout. Breakfast options were pretty varied and what I ended up eating was good. The hotel was really close to downtown Franklin and even closer to a Starbucks, so that was really nice. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely book there again in the future.

Easy to get to, Very friendly staff
Showed up late and left early. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, stairwell doors were a little noisy at night. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked night. Had a very nice breakfast area and very friendly staff.

Tae Bo Instructor
Excellent
3 of us were in Franklin for a Tae Bo Instructor Re-certification. The rooms were clean and new. The staff was helpful. The fellow in charge of the breakfast even put it out early for us because we had to be to the gym by 6am. We'll definately stay here every year now when we return.

Refreshing!
The stafff was very polite and helpful. I love the town it has everything but at the same time has a nice hometime appeal. My Mother enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the comforts. Room was appealing and clean and fresh. There are several hotels in the same location. I was curious what the room rates were at the other ones. The (indoor) pool was nice too. I would stay again for sure!

There is a real nice breakfast a'lacarte at the hotel. Did not see any other dining w/in hotel. You must jump in the car for a 3-4 minute ride to all kinds of resturants. Very nice town.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF
THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS ATTENDED TO DAILY. LOTS OF BED PILLOWS.WHICH WAS GREAT.THE COMMON AREA DOWN BY THE LOBBY WAS VERY NICE, THEY EVEN HAD FRESH BAKED COOKIES DURING THE WEEKDAYS. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT TIME I AM IN FRANKLIN, TN

Quite acceptable
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in FRANKLIN, TN, was quite acceptable. It was not quite up to the standards I have come to expect from other Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in which I stay frequently on business travel. Though it was January and rather cool outside, the heat in the building at night was too warm, even to the point of turning on the air conditioner. Also the tub did not drain. The staff responded quickly and repaired the drainage problem. Overall, good but not great.

good once I found it
It was a fine hotel. Two problems though: First, it was difficult to find. I couldn't see a sign from the main road and had to call the front desk for directions. And even after receiving directions I drove right past it because there were two other hotels surrounding it with much better sinage. Second problem was there was no rear entrance (because they are adding and indoor pool and fitness area) and not enough parking in the front. So there I was a single woman walking all the way around the hotel at 9 o'clock. It was well let, but still, not a comfortable situation. Everything else was fine and the second night I did get a parking place out front!
