Aloft Nashville-Cool Springs

This is a clean comfortable, modern hotel with a great location in the Cool Springs area. They also have a great pet policy if you are traveling with your dog. This is our "go-to" place when staying in the area.

Hotel was great... Stayed there for the Civil War Show... Staff goes out of there way to help you and are all really great people... Very clean. Perfect place to stay. The only thing that could make the Aloft any better is a hot tub. But, the pool table sure makes up for it. Also, they have a nice fireplace downstairs. Very cool atmosphere. We had a great time and Civil War Show was great. We sold 7 grand... Until next year, we will stay here again!

Very impressed. Not only do they not charge a pet fee, but they will bring you a dog bed, a water bowl, and some biscuits for your furry friend. Makes it easy and convenient to travel with our dog. Loved it!

Hotel was very chic! I loved it! Staff was friendly, helpful and quick. Rooms were clean and really cool. Was near good food places, I didn't have to drive far at all. Only few thins I'd change is, one when you turn on the heater it smells realllly bad. Two there are no DVD players or anything in your room and three the beds are hard.

Hotel is in a great location. My wife and I love the franklin area.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived 4 hours early and they still were able to check us in. The room was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was great. We will definitely seek out Alofts for our next trip.

We were close to the elevator and could hear it like it was in the room. It was a near experience and I think I would have enjoyed it more had I not been in this particular room. My partner liked the layout of the room.

On our trip to Nashville to see a NHL game, my girlfriend and I stayed at Aloft. This is the type of travel you dream about. Everything is very accessible. Free WiFi, an easy connect to TV so if you bring an Xbox or Playstation, you can connect to your room's TV with no problem. Amenities included a Pool, pool table, internet access in lobby area and a bar. It would have been nice if Aloft had a jacuzzi, but we were so exhausted from the activities we wouldn't have had time. Bathroom was great; clouded glass dividers and sliding mirrored door it was sexy contemporary. Plenty of hot water and room to play*... Location of this Aloft was good, within eye shot of mall and Krispy Kreme! I rate this stay the best I have ever stayed next to my timeshare. The price was even better. I ususally stay here when I travel to Nashville as I am gaining points for vacation and emergency travel. The hotel overall is nice but this time I had some problems. When I checked in I was put in a room with a toilet that was not working correctly. I was given another room on the spot with no problem. I then checked to see if my SPG number was on file with the reservation, it was not and the desk staff gave me a little attitude when I did not have it by memory. When I checked out I was informed the points I thought I was earning were not to be since I booked through [...]with a deal rather than with SPG's website. I questioned it because my other stays have all had points and was advised "it is what it is, call Customer Service." I am now looking at other hotels in the area that are part of SPG. Sad, as it was a favorite hotel in the area. If you go in with no expectations you will be fine.

Read previous reviews, and asked for a room off of the elevators, and on the upper floors. It was a great suggestion, however my room's heat never stayed on, and it was unseasonably cold that weekend, so my second night I requested to be moved to a room with working heat, and the front desk obliged. Other than that, the front desk helped with selecting eateries in the area. It's really a great location to be. The mall wasn't too close for comfort, the only distraction was the expressway noise. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open 24 hrs. like they indicated; it closed at 11pm. Couldn't help that I guess. I heard other Aloft locations offer different amenities, activities, etc. So I may look Aloft up in other areas.
