Excellent for my needs
My only purpose for this trip was to attend my son's graduation. I felt comfortable and safe at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

My stay at Crossville, Tn.
We were there for the 654 mile long yard sale. The management was very friendly, helpfull and very caring with their customers which means a lot in my book. We would stay again based on this although the room cost appeared to be inflated a bit. After a long day of yard sales it was nice to get back to a place to lay down and just relax and watch a little T.V., which brings me to a point I noted prior. The room we were in needed to be updated to be competitived with other hotels in the same rating and cost, new beds, flat screens T.V.'s and a little sprucing up and updating on the walls and bath. Overall it was a good one night stay and the management and staff was very good. I do hope to stay there again.....next year same time and hopefully for more than one night if the cost is right.

Went to pick up my daughter from gymnastics camp. The only thing that could have made the trip better was better coffee.
