Pretty good deal

We stayed a few days because we have family in Crossville and their house was full ;-) The room was clean, The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was very good. About the only thing I could really complain about was the toilet tank would not fill each time it was flushed. A few times I had to take the lid off the tank and tap the fill valve to get it to work. Some may consider that a deal breaker, but I found it a minor inconvenience. I didn't even mention it to the staff (probably because I forgot when we checked out).

Great Stay on Road Trip

I have stayed twice at this hotel, which is right next to I-40, over night on road trips. Both times, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet great (fresh waffles, omelets, biscuits, fresh oranges, fruit salad, three kinds of coffee, tea, cereal, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

For great Mexican food, go to "La Costa," which is right next to Walmart when you drive into the city.

Just what we needed!

More to be desired

We were in Crossville for the Week on business. We decided to get a larger room with kitchenette. The kitchenette was a sink and cabinate. No stove.

Room was nice and very convienent

We got a corner room with kitchenette and the extra space was a plus. The rooms looked to be recently updated, but the carpet was old. The stairwell also had a smoky smell at all times, as though persons had been smoking in it (we stayed in the very last building). As a big plus, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast great! Definately would stay there again.
