Country Inn-credible!
This hotel was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The room was decorated nicely and the furniture seemed new. Even the sheets felt brand new. The shower head was flexible so we could change settings and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good, although they did not have eggs and potatoes during the weekend, only brought those out on Monday. We enjoyed fresh made waffles on the weekend, so we didn't suffer. The staff were very friendly and the home made chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby sealed the deal. The pool looked inviting but we did not swim. We will definately stay here again on our next visit to Cookville.

a good place to stay for the 127
We had a lovely evening in Cookville. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a day of the 127 sale. The coffee in the lobby was deliscious and the cookies were also. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The staff was great. THANKS

We found the hotel to be very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and clean. Decent breakfast selections (free) with good coffee and homemade Belgian waffle maker! Location is great - near lots of restaurants. We would go back!

Treat yourself to delicious pizza at the Gondola right across the street, and to Baskin Robbins, located up the street (towards town) on the left!

disappointing
Cons: Noisy plumbing and air conditioner. Very small, flat down pillows. No refrigerator/micro. Pros: Immaculately clean. Nicely furnished. King bed quite comfortable, but bring your own pillows. Way better than average hot breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Great Newly Renovated HOTEL
I stayed at another hotel and decided to try this hotel. This please is great. Price is right and I just joined the Carlson Club rewards. The Rewards are the best. I stay 4 nights and I can get a free night even at Radisson Hotels. The rooms are great and staff excellent.

Close to restaurant row
Hotel was nice, clean rooms, nice furniture. The Continental breakfast was just OK, the eggs were horrible. It is close to the restaurants. The only issue I had was the constant door slamming that started at 5:00 AM everyday. The exterior doors would slam very hard and actually shake the walls in my room. I think there was a group that left at the same time everyday and the doors would start slamming about 20 times, waking me up early everyday.

kinda iffy.....
the main problem we had with the hotel was with housekeeping. our room was very musty...even with the air on. While we were gone our second day, housekeeping came....did not take the dirty towels, left no clean towels...didn't make one of the beds and left our door open! so, we weren't real happy with that :o(

Attention TTU parents
I found that I could've gotten a better rate with my daughter's TN Tech University student ID if I hadn't already paid on-line! And they said the $65./nt. rate would be as long as I have a student there!

The restaurants aren't visible from Jefferson,but only 1 blk towards Cookeville under I-40 and then left at traffic light were 5-6 major chain restaurants. Outback is our favorite! But Ruby Tuesdays,Applebees,Cheddar's,etc.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling so things were not that great. The staff was friendly. I think things will be better once the remodeling is complete.
