Middle of the Familys
Perfect location. clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom vanity and bath area had clean towels and cloths every day. Room smells nice and I felt secure. Go to Chattanooga or up 64 with no problem because of location of Hotel.

All types of shopping are about a block away. Resturants are the same. Dairy Queen to Chili's and up.

Tired travelers
Not a good night's rest!
Our visit was an overnight stay 'on the way' to the final destination. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I woke up many times during the night and woke up with a headache. The room was dusty in places. Breakfast was less than promised. Service was poor as staff was non-responsive to problems (i.e.Milk was delivered spoiled and out-of-date and they promised fresh milk for the next day when cereal was one of only two offerings for breakfast). Our next stay in Cleveland will be somewhere else.

Fall 2009
Clean hotel, easily accessed, close to a number of pretty good restaurants. Room was very clean, except possibly for the shower, which looked very clean but with an odor of mildew. My nose is very sensitive to mildew, and I could smell it in the shower area (but nowhere else). My wife could not smell it at all, so it may be an individual thing. Good showers, lots of hot water. Breakfasts were adequate; I would personally rate them below average for continental breakfasts, unless you like making your own waffles from batter, in which case they would probably rate far better than facilities that do not have that option. We would stay there again. We were really just looking for a reasonably priced, clean, warm, dry, quiet place to sleep for two nights, and for that I would rate it very highly.

For a casual dinner we recommend O'Charlies Restaurant, in the shopping center just to the east of the hotel. You might even walk there if you were really ambitious. We don't have these where we live, and were pleasantly supprised at the selection and quality we found at normal prices.

Good rate and a great location.
We just used the facility to shower and sleep. It was fine. The personal was very friendly and helpful.
