The location was perfect compared to other hotels. Close to the highway like most hotels, but more importantly away from the ghetto area. Otherwise its an hotel, neither immaculate or nasty. The price was acceptable for the time of the year & little notice.

Great location, near everything.
We enjoyed our stay. I will have to return to Cleveland in the near future and will DEFINITELY be staying at Howard Johnson, again. With the 5% discount, I'll definitely be booking through ORBITZ! The staff was great, the rooms were clean, the grounds were clean, ample parking and great location.

great hotel
hotel was right off the interstate, the front desk guy was very friendly and recommended a few places in town to eat, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pool also looked really nice but unfortunately I didn't get in. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location
We visited friends while we were there in cleveland. The only thing i could complain about are the beds are lumpy need different ones.

There are many resturants in walking distance. Im not sure about anything else cause we only went less than a mile to our friends house.

first HJ experience
Friendly staff. Room was mostly clean (dust in chairs and ledge around sink could have used a scrubbing). However, the important parts were very clean (bed, shower, toilet, floor). I was very satisfied for the price. Hotel also offered continental breakfast including waffles made on the spot. Pets were welcomed for an additional 10 dollars per night. Close to many shopping and dining spots. Cracker Barrel is practically across the street.
